Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6x24

Excellent value for money. Great piece of scope for my hunting purposes, moose, elk etc.

I am shooting with this scope on Saiga 5.45x39. The bullet traectory close to .223. Good mark for a tactical shooting - fast target searching with good light transmission and wide field range. Not sure that it would be comfortable for hunting.

I am shooting with it on Saiga 5.45 rifle - it is really fast focusing scope with good field of view. Wide range of mark lightings. For its price- wonderful scope!

This is probably the best optic for this kind of price. And remember Vortex has lifetime warranty...

I have use this sight on the AR 15 platform for IPSC competition.
Good quality optic for this price.
If you do not want to spend a lot of money for sport optic,
this sight is the best choice.

Strike Eagle have crisp picture over all zoom area. I have tried it on top of Armalite AR-10 and MLR-1722 ( ruger 10/22 ) and it is robust and having good adjustments. Only missing is mildot or eq. for shooting 150m with 22lr. BDC reticle is not having same easy aiming accuracy in lower marks. On other hand reticle is very suitable for 3- gun type rapid shooting. Very recommended for this reasonable price and in picture quality very near eq. Meopta R2 or Sightron S3 .

Overall i am very happy with this scope.
The BDC Reticle should be finer.
Price is fair, shipping was fast.
Quality is also good for this price.

I like the Vortex overall, but i am not very happy with the BDC reticle.
Next time i will buy a scope with standard Mildot Reticle.

This sight was bought for use on AK-47. Use term still small, but proved a sight perfectly. The increase in x6 allows to shoot surely on 500 meters. Illumination of aim brand allows to shoot in the dark. I almost don't use drums of amendments as there is a developed aim grid.

For the price this is a very good AR15 optics. Been shooting with both Viper and much more expensive Razor and the Strike Eagle is almost up there with them. Clear and bright glass and the eye relief is quite good even in 6x. I'm shooting alot in 1x and it the AR-BDC reticle works alot like a red dot at close range. On longer shoots in IPSC, the reticle works really goot at plates up to 100m, and papertargets and poppers at 300m is no problem at all.

So if you don't want to spend $2000 on a scope, this is a really good choice, if not the best, if you're on a budget and will do the joob more than good enough for IPSC.
