ABOUT THE MODEL (TRIGGERCAM 2.1+)

The Triggercam 2.1+ records video at resolutions up to 4K at 30 fps, with additional modes at 1080p up to 120 fps and 720p up to 240 fps for slow-motion playback, alongside a 360-degree microphone with an on/off toggle for synchronized audio. Footage is stored on a microSD card up to 128 GB, with a 32 GB card included.

Compared to the standard Triggercam 2.1, the 2.1+ mount is built for 40–51 mm ocular diameters, extending compatibility to large-objective scopes such as those used in long-range and precision rifle competition, which fall outside the original model's 32–48 mm range. The housing mounts horizontally on the side of the scope, a repositioned layout compared to the original 2.1 that keeps the unit clear of larger scope bodies, though on some setups it can limit access to the magnification ring.

The aircraft-grade aluminium housing with proprietary anti-shock materials is engineered to endure sustained recoil, and the IP64-rated construction protects the electronics from dust and water splashes in field conditions. Multi-coated optics in the camera module are designed to preserve image clarity and contrast when recording through the scope.

The Triggercam app (iOS and Android) gives full control over video settings, resolution, and file management, and supports live streaming as well as a quick-capture/instant recording function for reacting fast when a shot opportunity appears. The internal rechargeable lithium battery provides up to 2.5 hours of continuous recording, and the unit charges and transfers data via USB-C.
