TMB 50 BMG on Plinth

• Desk display format: The TMB 50 BMG on Plinth presents a well-known military cartridge in a compact display piece that suits a study, office, gun room or presentation setting.
• Solid plinth base: The mounted design gives the display a stable footprint, so it stands neatly on a shelf or desk and is easier to present than a loose cartridge replica.
• Compact proportions: With a 228.00 mm length and 51.00 mm height, it has enough presence to be noticed without taking up much space in a cabinet or on a work surface.
• Gift and award use: As part of the Trophies and Awards and Gifts and awards categories, it works well as a presentation item for shooting enthusiasts, collectors and club members.
• British-made piece: Made in the United Kingdom, it fits naturally into collections of shooting-related giftware and display accessories with a traditional workshop character.

About the TMB Series

TMB display pieces and shooting-themed giftware are aimed at enthusiasts who want decorative items connected to sporting, hunting and military firearms culture rather than field-use optics or equipment. Across the range, TMB focuses on cartridge displays, desk ornaments and presentation items that bring recognisable calibres and shooting motifs into the home, office or club environment. The series is positioned as a collection of compact, conversation-starting pieces that suit display cabinets, desks, trophy rooms and informal award presentations.

What distinguishes this family is its emphasis on familiar cartridge forms, straightforward presentation and a format that is easy to place in a variety of interiors. Instead of technical mechanisms or moving parts, the appeal lies in the visual identity of the calibre and the way it is mounted for display. In practical terms, that makes the series suitable for collectors of shooting memorabilia, gifts for sportsmen, and club or event presentations where a shooting-related object feels more personal than a generic award.

About the TMB 50 BMG on Plinth

The TMB 50 BMG on Plinth is a display accessory built around one of the most recognisable large-calibre cartridge profiles, giving it immediate visual impact for collectors and shooting enthusiasts. Its role is not functional field use, but presentation: it serves as a compact desk ornament, shelf display or gift item that reflects an interest in military calibres and firearms history. The plinth format gives the piece a more finished appearance than a loose display object, helping it sit neatly in an office, gun room or cabinet.

Its 228.00 mm overall length gives the model enough scale to stand out, while the 51.00 mm height keeps the silhouette low and easy to place among books, trophies or other memorabilia. At 367.00 g, it has a reassuring weight for a display piece without becoming awkward to move or position. That balance of size and mass makes it suitable for commemorative use, informal awards, or as a conversation piece in a shooting-themed interior.

Because it belongs to the gifts and awards category, this model is especially well suited to presentation occasions where a shooting-related object carries more meaning than a standard plaque. The British-made construction also adds to its appeal for buyers who value workshop-made display accessories with a traditional character.

About TMB

TMB Designs is based near Pershore in Worcestershire, England, and its catalogue centres on shooting-related giftware and display accessories. The company is known for products such as shotgun cartridge displays and clocks, alongside a broader selection of presentation pieces connected to shooting sports and firearms collecting. Its range also includes collections of sporting and hunting calibres, giving enthusiasts a way to display familiar cartridge types in a decorative format.

Another established part of the catalogue is miniature English pewter military firearm displays and desk ornaments, which places TMB in a specialist niche focused on commemorative and display items rather than field equipment.
