Thompson Center Butt Stock with Tumbhole Flex Tech Pro-Hunter

• FlexTech composite construction: The synthetic stock stands up well to hard field use, weather exposure, and routine handling, making it a practical replacement or upgrade for a working hunting rifle.
• High-comb stock profile: The raised comb helps place the shooter’s eye in line with a mounted scope or iron sights, which supports faster sight acquisition and a more consistent cheek weld.
• Thumbhole configuration: The thumbhole layout promotes a secure, repeatable grip and steadier hand position, which can improve control when shooting from field positions or from a rest.
• Ready-to-install design: This butt stock is intended as a direct-fit firearm accessory, simplifying installation and making it easier to refresh a worn rifle or tailor the handling to personal preference.
• Built for Pro Hunter compatibility: Designed for the Pro Hunter platform, it suits owners who want factory-style fit and handling without moving away from the original system layout.

About the Thompson Center Accessories Series

Thompson Center Accessories is a practical product family built around the needs of hunters and outdoor users. Rather than focusing on one narrow category, the series covers the supporting gear that helps a firearm or field setup work better in real conditions, from carry solutions to platform-specific components. Thompson/Center has organized its accessory range into clear categories for firearm use, including slings and ammunition carriers, which reflects a straightforward design approach centered on field utility.

Within that broader lineup, the series is aimed at shooters who want accessories that match the handling and intended use of their equipment. The emphasis is on durable materials, uncomplicated installation, and shapes that support practical use in the field rather than bench-only refinement. That makes the series a natural fit for hunting setups, where reliability, weather resistance, and ease of carry matter as much as appearance. In this context, buttstocks, forends, and related parts are designed to preserve the familiar feel of the firearm while improving comfort, control, or replacement convenience.

About the Thompson Center Butt Stock with Tumbhole Flex Tech Pro-Hunter

The Thompson Center Butt Stock with Tumbhole Flex Tech Pro-Hunter is a replacement rifle stock intended for shooters who want the handling of a thumbhole design on a Pro Hunter-compatible platform. Its main advantage is control. A thumbhole stock naturally places the firing hand in a more repeatable position, which can help steady the rifle during deliberate shots from supported positions, blinds, or uneven field rests. For hunting use, that more anchored grip can make the rifle feel more settled when time is short and body position is less than ideal.

The stock uses a synthetic construction, which is a sensible choice for a rifle part that may see rain, mud, temperature changes, and frequent transport. Synthetic material is easier to maintain than traditional wood and is less affected by moisture, so the stock remains a dependable option for a hard-used field rifle. Thompson/Center’s FlexTech composite pattern is also associated with a rugged, service-oriented design rather than cosmetic styling.

A further practical detail is the high comb profile, a feature Thompson/Center highlights on its ENCORE PROHunter Flextech buttstock. This stock shape helps align the shooter’s eye with a mounted scope or iron sights more naturally, supporting quicker sight picture acquisition and a more consistent cheek weld. Combined with its ready-to-install format, the stock works well as either a replacement for a worn original part or as a handling-focused update for a hunting rifle.
