Rear sight replacement polymer mount. Remove rear iron sights on your Glock pistol, slide in the packaged receiver and screw down the sight to the mount and receiver. The closest you can get to the slide without cutting or having a MOS-ready Glock pistol.

This mount fits best with the RMS, SMS and Jpoint red dot sights.
