Safariland 7365 7TS ALS/SLS Level 3 Retention Holster for Glock 19 GEN1-5 SAFSEV

• ALS and SLS retention system: the combination of ALS (Automatic Locking System) and SLS (Self Locking System) gives this holster a true duty-oriented Level 3 setup, helping secure the pistol against takeaway attempts while still allowing a deliberate, repeatable draw.
• SafariSeven construction: the proprietary nylon blend keeps the holster lightweight, durable and non-abrasive, so it stands up to hard daily use without being harsh on the pistol’s finish.
• Low-ride OWB format: the belt-mounted, outside-the-waistband design positions the handgun lower and close to the body, which improves access when worn with duty belts and other equipment.
• Weather-resistant duty design: the 7TS platform is built to handle heat, cold and water exposure, making it a practical choice for uniformed carry in changing outdoor conditions.
• Interior stand-off surfaces: raised contact points create space around the handgun so dirt and moisture clear more easily, helping maintain smoother operation in field and patrol use.

About the 7TS Series

Safariland 7TS holsters are built as hard-use polymer duty holsters for users who need secure retention, low maintenance and dependable performance in difficult environments. Within the Safariland lineup, the 7TS series is known for using SafariSeven, a proprietary nylon blend developed to combine low weight with the rigidity needed for professional carry. The material is also designed to be non-abrasive to the firearm, which matters for pistols that are drawn and reholstered frequently.

Across the series, the design philosophy centers on retention, durability and modular mounting compatibility. Many 7TS models are offered with Safariland’s ALS and SLS systems, giving users different levels of security depending on role and policy requirements. The series is widely associated with duty, tactical and uniformed applications, where resistance to water, temperature extremes and daily wear is more important than concealment. Another defining trait is the interior geometry, which uses raised surfaces to reduce broad contact with the pistol and help clear debris and moisture. In practice, that makes the 7TS family well suited to law enforcement, range work and other demanding handgun-carry roles.

About the Safariland 7365 7TS ALS/SLS Level 3 Retention Holster for Glock 19 GEN1-5 SAFSEV

The Safariland 7365 7TS is a low-ride OWB duty holster built for the Glock 19 GEN1-5, combining secure retention with a draw stroke that remains consistent under stress. Its defining feature is the pairing of ALS and SLS retention. ALS locks the pistol automatically when holstered, while the rotating SLS hood adds another layer of security. For duty use, open carry and professional applications where weapon retention matters, that combination gives the user more protection against unauthorized access without turning the draw into a slow, awkward movement.

This model also stands out for its SafariSeven polymer construction. Compared with heavier traditional duty holsters, it keeps weight manageable on the belt while remaining rigid and stable. The material is designed to be non-abrasive to the firearm’s finish, which is useful for pistols that see frequent training, qualification and daily carry. Inside the holster, raised stand-off surfaces create air space around the handgun, helping dirt and moisture move away from the contact points rather than staying trapped against the slide.

As a belt-loop mounted holster with a low-ride profile, the 7365 is intended for users wearing a duty belt or other gear that can interfere with a higher ride position. It keeps the pistol accessible, close to the body and easier to establish a full firing grip on the draw. The result is a hard-shaped Safariland holster focused on secure carry, practical field durability and predictable handling.

About Safariland

Safariland was established in 1964 by Neale Perkins, who began the business in Sierra Madre, California as a holster maker. Over time, the company expanded beyond holsters into a broader range of protective and duty equipment, including armor, accessories and communications products. Today, The Safariland Group is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida and serves professional users across law enforcement, military, fire and rescue, competitive shooting and everyday carry markets.

In the holster category, Safariland is especially known for its retention systems and duty-focused designs. The company’s ALS system uses an internal lock released by a thumb lever, a layout that has become closely associated with secure service holsters. Safariland also developed SafariSeven, the proprietary nylon blend used in 7TS holsters, to provide a combination of durability, low weight and resistance to harsh environmental conditions.
