Rusan Modular Reduction Ring for Hikmicro Thunder

• Modular clip-on integration: This reduction ring is made for the Hikmicro Thunder bayonet mounting standard, allowing the clip-on device to become part of a modular adapter setup that is easier to configure across different riflescope combinations.
• Steel construction: The steel body gives the ring the rigidity needed for a mounting interface, helping the adapter system stay stable under repeated fitting and field use.
• Purpose-built fit: Designed specifically as a reducing ring for Hikmicro Thunder devices, it provides the correct interface within the Rusan modular system instead of relying on improvised spacers or mismatched parts.
• Supports flexible equipment use: As part of the Rusan modular adapter concept, the ring helps users build a setup in which one clip-on can be paired with compatible optics more efficiently.
• Compact accessory for thermal clip-ons: Built as an accessory for thermal clip-on use, it adds the required connection point without changing the handling of the main optic more than necessary.

About the Rusan Accessories Series

Rusan Accessories is the part of the Rusan range dedicated to the practical side of mounting and integrating optics, especially night-vision and thermal clip-on devices with daytime riflescopes. The series includes adapters, reduction rings and related components that let users build either a conventional or a modular mounting system, depending on how they use their equipment in the field.

A defining idea behind the series is flexibility. Rusan’s modular system was developed so that one clip-on device can be shared between multiple rifles, or different clip-on units can be matched with different optics without rebuilding the entire setup each time. That matters in real use because it reduces downtime, simplifies equipment changes and helps keep a mounting solution organized when several riflescope diameters or device interfaces are involved. Within the wider Rusan lineup, these accessories sit alongside the company’s mounts, rings and rails, giving hunters and other users a consistent system approach rather than a collection of unrelated parts.

About the Rusan Modular Reduction Ring for Hikmicro Thunder

The Rusan Modular Reduction Ring for Hikmicro Thunder is a small but important interface component within a clip-on mounting system. Its job is straightforward: it adapts the connection point for devices that use the Hikmicro Thunder bayonet mounting standard, so the clip-on can be integrated into a compatible Rusan modular setup. In practice, that makes the ring relevant for users who want a cleaner, more deliberate mounting solution for thermal clip-on equipment rather than a one-off arrangement.

Because this model is built as a steel reduction ring, it focuses on secure mechanical fit and long-term durability. That is especially important in clip-on use, where the interface between the thermal device and the rest of the adapter system needs to remain consistent through repeated installation and removal. The black finish keeps the part visually discreet and matches the rest of a professional optics setup.

Its value is not in adding features to the thermal device itself, but in making the overall system work properly. Within the Rusan modular concept, this ring helps create a more adaptable platform for thermal clip-on use, particularly when equipment may be moved between different rifles or optics. For users building a dependable hunting optics setup around a Hikmicro Thunder unit, the correct reduction ring is what allows the larger adapter system to function as intended.

About Rusan

Rusan-Mikron is a Croatian manufacturer based in Marija Bistrica, and the company’s roots in metalworking go back to 1983. The business entered optics mounting production in 1993, building its reputation around precisely machined scope mounts, rings and rails for sporting and hunting firearms. Over time, Rusan expanded into adapter systems for night-vision and thermal devices, including clip-on solutions that connect front-mounted optics to daytime riflescopes.

A key part of the company’s identity is its focus on practical mechanical design. Rusan manufactures not only classic scope-mounting components, but also adapter clamps and modular interfaces for modern thermal and night-vision equipment. That background is directly relevant here: the company has long specialized in the kind of metal parts where fit, repeatability and durability matter more than unnecessary complexity.
