Rusan DualRail for Mauser 25

• Dual-interface design: The Rusan DualRail combines a Picatinny rail with a Blaser-standard socket and saddle, giving the Mauser 25 a versatile mounting platform for different optic and mount setups.
• Steel construction: Built from steel, this rail is suited to repeated mounting use and field handling, helping maintain a stable interface between rifle and optic.
• 0 MOA inclination: The 0 MOA configuration keeps the optic in a neutral mounting position, which suits general hunting and everyday sighting setups without adding cant.
• Low-profile height: With a BH height of 8.00 mm, the rail keeps the optic close to the bore, supporting a more natural cheek weld and a compact overall rifle setup.
• Rifle-specific fit: Made specifically for Mauser 25, this mount base is designed to match the rifle platform properly rather than relying on a universal compromise.

About the Rusan DualRail Series

Rusan DualRail is a rifle-specific mounting series built around a practical idea: combining a Picatinny rail with a Blaser-standard socket and saddle in one unit. That gives the series a broader role than a conventional rail, because it can serve users who want the flexibility of Picatinny-compatible optics and accessories while also working within the Blaser mounting standard. Within Rusan’s lineup, the series sits as a dedicated solution for shooters who want a robust steel base rather than a generic lightweight rail.

The series is made from high-grade steel with a black-oxide, semi-gloss finish, reflecting a design approach focused on durability, repeatable fit and clean integration with the rifle. The Picatinny slots follow the MIL-STD-1913 pattern and are listed as 5.3 mm wide, which matters for consistent compatibility with common rings and accessories. Rusan offers the DualRail family in multiple rifle-specific fitments, including platforms such as Tikka, Sauer and Mauser, and selected versions are available with added inclination for shooters who need more elevation reserve for longer-range optic setups.

About the Rusan DualRail for Mauser 25

The Rusan DualRail for Mauser 25 is a dedicated mount base for shooters who want a solid, adaptable interface on this rifle platform. Its main advantage is the way it combines two mounting concepts in one component: a Picatinny rail upper for broad optic compatibility and a Blaser-standard socket and saddle arrangement for users working within that mounting ecosystem. In practice, that makes it suitable for hunting rifles that may be configured with different optics over time, from conventional day optics in rings to other rail-based setups.

The use of steel construction is important here because a mount base has one job above all else: to provide a stable connection that does not become the weak point of the rifle-optic system. The 0 MOA inclination keeps the setup straightforward for general-purpose zeroing and typical hunting distances, while the 8.00 mm BH height helps keep the optic low over the action for a more natural shooting position. The black finish gives the rail a subdued appearance that matches modern sporting rifles well, and the rifle-specific geometry for the Mauser 25 is the real practical benefit: it is intended to fit the platform directly, giving a cleaner and more secure foundation than a one-size-fits-many solution.

About Rusan

Rusan is a Croatian manufacturer with roots in the Rusan family’s metalworking business, which dates to 1983. Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986, and the company began producing scope mounts in 1993. Based in Marija Bistrica, Croatia, Rusan-Mikron focuses on mounting solutions and related firearm components, including scope mounts, rings, Picatinny rails and firearm tuning products.

The company is also well known for adapter systems for clip-on sights and for night-vision and thermal-imaging devices. Rusan introduced its clip-on sight adapter clamp in 2009, a product type that became closely associated with the brand. That background is relevant here because it shows a long-standing specialization in the precise mechanical interfaces that connect optics to firearms reliably.
