Meprolight FT Bullseye for Glock

• Single-sight bullseye aiming system: The FT Bullseye replaces the usual front-and-rear alignment with a compact bullseye reference, helping speed up sight acquisition on defensive pistols where fast presentation matters more than a traditional sight picture.
• Fiber optic and tritium illumination: Daylight brightness comes from fiber optics, while tritium keeps the aiming reference visible in low light and darkness, so the sight remains usable around the clock without relying on batteries.
• Fixed, snag-free construction: Its low-profile aluminium body keeps the pistol streamlined for concealed carry and holster use, while the fixed design avoids extra controls or adjustments that can complicate a simple carry setup.
• Always-on operation: Because the sighting system is self-illuminated, it is ready as soon as the pistol is drawn, which suits defensive use where there is no time to activate electronics.
• Glock-specific fitment: This version is made for compatible Glock pistols, giving owners of the platform a dedicated FT Bullseye configuration rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye Series

The Meprolight FT Bullseye series sits in the brand’s current handgun-sights lineup as a compact alternative to conventional pistol sights. Rather than using the familiar front blade and rear notch, the series is built around a bullseye aiming reference that simplifies the sight picture and reduces visual clutter during fast shooting. This makes the family especially relevant for defensive and concealed-carry pistols, where rapid presentation and instinctive alignment are priorities.

Across the range, Meprolight offers both front-sight and rear-sight versions for compatible pistol fitments, including Glock models. The system combines fiber optics for daytime illumination with tritium for low-light use, so the sight remains visible in changing light without batteries. That battery-free design is one of the defining characteristics of the FT Bullseye family: it keeps the sight compact, always on, and mechanically simple. In practical use, the series is aimed at shooters who want a low-profile carry sight with faster target acquisition than a traditional iron-sight arrangement, while still retaining the durability and simplicity expected from a fixed handgun sight.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye for Glock

The Meprolight FT Bullseye for Glock is a self-illuminated fixed handgun sight built around a compact bullseye-style aiming reference instead of the usual front-post and rear-notch arrangement. On a defensive or concealed-carry Glock, that changes how the pistol is presented: the eye is drawn to a single reference, which can make close-range sight acquisition quicker and more intuitive under pressure. The outline alignment system supports this concept by giving the shooter a clear visual cue without adding bulk to the slide.

This model uses fiber optic and tritium illumination, combining daylight visibility with low-light capability in one always-on unit. In practice, that means the sight remains usable from bright outdoor conditions to dim indoor environments without switches, batteries, or brightness settings. For a carry pistol, that simplicity matters because the sight is ready the moment the handgun is drawn.

The housing is made from aluminium, which helps keep weight low while providing the rigidity needed for slide-mounted use. Its fixed adjustment design also suits shooters who want a durable, low-maintenance setup rather than a target-style sight with exposed controls. As a Glock-specific FT Bullseye variant, it is intended for owners who want a compact night-sight solution that preserves a streamlined profile for everyday carry, duty use, and general defensive shooting.

About Meprolight

Meprolight was founded in 1990 as a supplier of sights and battle optics to the Israel Defense Forces. Based in Or Akiva, Israel, the company is a division of SK Group and focuses on optical and electro-optical sighting systems. Its work spans conventional sights, tritium night sights, reflex optics, magnified optics, night-vision systems, and thermal devices.

The company’s product range covers sighting systems for pistols, rifles, shotguns, and carbines, serving military, law-enforcement, and civilian users. That background is especially relevant to handgun sights such as the FT Bullseye, where compact dimensions, low-light visibility, and simple operation are central to the design. Meprolight’s reputation in this category is closely tied to its long-standing use of self-illuminated sighting technology and its emphasis on practical aiming systems for defensive and duty firearms.
