Hello,

I'd like to order a Innomount for my blaser R8. I need to mount my scope a little further back than usual as I'm using an Akila Chassis. I see that the innomount has an option called KR extension with value 20mm. Does this move the scope forward or backward in relation to the user? Furthermore, can standard Blaser rings be used with the Innomount base? One last question - what height is a stndard Blaser Base? I see there are height options for the Innomount base ranging from 14mm to 23mm? How does this compare to standard? I need a little higher than the standard Blaser base so my ugly face fits in the right place behind the optic.

thank you for contacting us.

The KR extensions pushes the scope backward towards the shooter.

The Blaser rings don't fit on the INNOmount bases.

The standard Blaser base is 9,5mm high.

Hello, I'm looking to mount a Swarovski Z8I 2-16 on my R8 Blaser. I was wondering which ring height I would need to give the lowest scope height. Scope has 30mm tube with 56mm dia objective bell. Many thanks.

Dear Bill,

Thank you for your inquiry.

You can calculate the minimal BH height you can opt for by using this simple formula: Take the outer diameter of your riflescope's objective, then subtract the tube's diameter, and then divide the result by 2. For example: If your riflescope’s outer objective’s diameter is 56 mm, and your tube diameter is 30 mm, you would subtract 30 from 56 to get 26. Then you would need to divide 26 by 2 to get 13, which would be the shortest BH height that you could choose (13 mm).

This is why we recommend you choose 14 mm as the BH height for your new INNOMOUNT for Blaser scope mount.

Hi, I am interest in two of the Innomount 30mm scope mounts for my Blaser R8, I intend to use two scopes on my rifle depending on the terrain I am hunting. I am going to use a Nightfore NX8 2.8-20x50mm and a Hawke Endurance 30 1-4x24 mm, both have 30mm tubes. I was just wondering what Base height you would recommend for both of those scopes. According to your description, you could easily use the 14 mm BH height on both scopes for the lowest possible mounting option. Should you prefer your scopes to be mounted higher, you can always choose one of the other BH height options available in the configuration dropdown menu.

I’m looking for a one piece mount to mount a Pulsar Thermion QX50 on to my Blaser R93 it has a 30mm tube, snd I think medium height rings will be needed as the objective bell is big and the scope has a 6 mm protrusion below the tube !!!

InnoMount is perfect on Blaser R93

Excellent mount, Schmidt and Bender Klassik and InnoMount quick release (BH 14mm) simply perfect on Blaser R93.
