Glock MOS Adapter plate 04 for Leupold, Eotech

The GLOCK MOS Adapter Plate 04 is a precision adapter plate that allows mounting of selected micro-red dot sights to GLOCK slides prepared for the MOS (Modular Optic System). Plate 04 supports popular footprints such as Leupold and EOTech, delivering a secure, low-profile interface that preserves slide fit, sight alignment, and a compact sight picture.

ABOUT THE MOS ADAPTER PLATES

GLOCK MOS adapter plates are part of the Modular Optic System, a straightforward solution for attaching a wide range of reflex sights to MOS-cut slides. Each numbered plate corresponds to a set of sight footprints so shooters can install different optics quickly and repeatably without custom slide work. The system maintains correct alignment and a durable mounting interface suitable for duty, sport, and defensive use.

ABOUT THE MODEL (ADAPTER PLATE 04)

Adapter Plate 04 is designed for MOS-prepared GLOCK slides and matches the mounting patterns of Leupold and EOTech micro-red dot footprints (verify the exact footprint for your sight model before installation). The plate provides a low, stable mounting point that keeps the optic close to the slide for a natural sight picture and consistent cheek weld.
