Falcon X50 10-50x60 Long Range

• 10-50x magnification range: The wide zoom span lets the scope cover precise benchrest work at very high power while still backing off for target acquisition and mirage management at lower settings.
• 60 mm objective lens: A large front lens helps maintain a bright, usable image as magnification climbs, which is especially valuable when reading fine target detail at long distance.
• Side-focus parallax adjustment from 9 m to infinity: Fine parallax control supports accurate aiming and more reliable range estimation, making the scope well suited to field target and long-range target disciplines.
• Second focal plane reticle: The SFP layout keeps the reticle visually fine at high magnification, so small aiming marks remain easy to place on tiny targets without covering them.
• Japanese-built 30 mm one-piece construction: The solid tube design, nitrogen filling and waterproof, fogproof, shockproof build support repeatable performance in demanding match and outdoor conditions.

About the Falcon X50 Series

The Falcon X50 series was introduced in 2019 as a Japanese-built, high-magnification competition riflescope family for shooters who need precise aiming and dependable optical behavior at extended distances. In Falcon’s lineup, the X50 sits as a specialist platform for field target and benchrest shooting, where image detail, repeatable parallax control and a fine aiming picture matter more than compact size or low-power speed.

Across the series, Falcon built the X50 around a 30 mm one-piece tube, saddle and objective construction, giving the scope a rigid mechanical layout suited to repeated adjustment and careful zero retention. The family uses a 10-50x magnification range with a 60 mm objective lens, a combination aimed at shooters who spend time reading pellet impacts, scoring rings or subtle target detail at long range. Falcon offered the X50 in Field Target and Long Range parallax configurations, and the series uses the MOA200 second-focal-plane reticle, a layout that keeps the reticle fine and unobtrusive at high power. That overall design makes the X50 series a purpose-built option for deliberate, precision-oriented shooting rather than general hunting or tactical use.

About the Falcon X50 10-50x60 Long Range

The Falcon X50 10-50x60 Long Range is configured for shooters who want very high magnification, a large objective and precise parallax control in a scope intended for long-range target work. Its 10-50x zoom range gives the flexibility to start at a more manageable image size when conditions are unstable, then move up to maximum power when the target, light and mirage allow a more exact hold. The 60.00 mm objective helps preserve image brightness as magnification increases, which is important when trying to resolve small aiming points or fine target detail.

The scope uses a second focal plane reticle, a practical choice for this kind of precision optic because the reticle stays visually slim as magnification rises. That makes it easier to aim at small targets without the reticle obscuring the point of impact. The side-focus parallax adjustment, adjustable from 9m - infinity, is equally important in real use: it lets the shooter remove parallax error for a sharper image and more consistent point of aim across varied distances.

Mechanically, the X50 Long Range is built around a 30 mm tube with capped turrets and multi-turn adjustment. The capped design protects settings from accidental movement during transport, while the available 14.50 mrad / 50.00 MOA elevation and windage range gives useful adjustment latitude for target setups. A fast-focus eyepiece speeds reticle sharpening to the shooter’s eye, and the nitrogen-filled, waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction supports reliable use on demanding range days and in changing weather.

About Falcon

Falcon Optical Systems Limited is registered in England and Wales and focuses on sporting optics developed for competition-oriented shooting disciplines. The company describes its optics as designed for 3-Gun, PRS, HFT, Field Target and Benchrest competition, which places its product development firmly around practical match use rather than general-purpose outdoor optics. Within that range, Falcon has produced specialist models such as the X50 10-50×60 for precision benchrest and field target, and more recent designs such as the T50i+ 5-50×60i and S40i+ 4-40×58i that use HOYA FCD1A extra-low-dispersion glass. Falcon also states that the optical system of its X40i Ultra ELR was developed in the United Kingdom and that the scope is hand-built in Japan, reflecting the brand’s emphasis on combining competition-focused design with Japanese manufacturing.
