ERA-TAC Adapter Offset Trijicon RMR

• 20° offset layout: Angles the Trijicon RMR pattern to the side for faster transitions to a secondary sighting system without changing the primary optic setup.
• Trijicon RMR interface: Provides a dedicated mounting standard for one of the most widely used miniature red dot footprints, helping ensure a secure and repeatable fit.
• Compact 24.00 g construction: Adds very little weight to the firearm, which helps preserve balance and keeps handling quick on rifles set up for dynamic shooting.
• 0 MOA alignment: Keeps the mounted optic on a neutral plane, making it suitable for close-range use where a simple, direct offset sight picture is preferred.
• German-made ERA-TAC build: Reflects the brand’s focus on precisely machined mounting components intended for dependable use on serious sporting and tactical setups.

About the ERA-TAC Accessories Series

ERA-TAC Accessories is the support range around the brand’s tactical mounting system, developed to expand how a rifle can be configured for hunting optics, sport shooting, and professional use. The series sits alongside the company’s core mounts and rails, focusing on the practical parts that let shooters adapt a weapon to a specific role rather than replacing the main optic setup. Within the line, adapters, accessory interfaces, swivels, backup sights, and side-mounted solutions give users a way to add capability while keeping the platform organized and mechanically straightforward.

A defining trait of the series is its emphasis on modularity. ERA-TAC uses dedicated interfaces and offset solutions to position accessories where they are easy to reach and quick to use under field conditions. Side-mounted versions with a 20° offset are intended for accessories that need immediate access without interfering with the primary sight line. Across the range, the design philosophy is consistent: robust metal construction, compact dimensions, and clean integration with modern tactical rifles and accessory standards. That makes the series well suited to shooters who want a mounting system that can be tailored for close-range support optics and other mission-specific additions.

About the ERA-TAC Adapter Offset Trijicon RMR

The ERA-TAC Adapter Offset Trijicon RMR is a compact mounting solution for shooters who want to add a miniature red dot sight with the Trijicon RMR mounting standard as a secondary aiming option. Its main advantage is the 20° offset, which places the optic to the side so it can be brought into view quickly with a slight rotation of the firearm. In practice, this is useful on rifles that already carry a magnified primary optic, where an offset red dot can cover short-range targets faster than dialing down magnification or changing settings on the main scope.

The adapter uses a 0 MOA configuration, which suits the intended role of a close-range auxiliary sight. Instead of introducing additional inclination, it keeps the red dot in a straightforward alignment for rapid target acquisition at practical distances. The compact form also matters: at 24.00 g, the mount adds minimal mass, helping preserve the rifle’s balance and keeping the handling characteristics familiar during transitions.

As part of the ERA-TAC ecosystem, this adapter is built for users who value a clean, purpose-driven setup. It is especially relevant for tactical optics configurations and competition or field rifles where a secondary sight must remain accessible without taking up unnecessary space. The result is a simple but highly functional interface between the firearm and an RMR-pattern red dot.

About ERA-TAC

ERA-TAC is a brand of Recknagel GmbH & Co. KG, a German manufacturer based in Bergrheinfeld. Recknagel was founded in 1867 in Albrechts near Suhl, giving the company a long background in firearms-related engineering. The ERATAC line was introduced in 2010 to serve civilian, law-enforcement, and military users who needed robust tactical mounts and accessories rather than traditional sporting-only hardware.

The brand is known for products such as tactical riflescope mounts, Picatinny rails, backup sights, and weapon accessories. A key part of the ERATAC identity is its focus on durable construction, with mounts machined from solid aluminum and finished with Mil-Spec Type III hard anodizing. That approach fits products like offset adapters, where precise fit, low weight, and resistance to hard field use are more important than unnecessary complexity.
