EAW Slide-on mount for Weihrauch HW 13 mm, 25.4 mm

• Slide-on design: This mount lets the optic be removed and reattached within the EAW slide-on system, which is useful for transport, storage or switching setups while keeping a practical, repeatable mounting concept.
• Built for 13 mm dovetails: The mount is configured for Weihrauch air rifles with a 13 mm prism and stop pin arrangement, giving a secure interface that suits recoil-sensitive airgun use.
• 25.4 mm ring size: The 1 inch ring format fits a wide range of classic riflescopes, making it a sensible choice for lightweight sporting and air rifle optics.
• Adjustable windage: Windage adjustment in the mount helps compensate for rifle and rail tolerances, allowing a more centered zero without using excessive scope adjustment.
• Aluminium construction: The aluminium body keeps weight down while still providing the rigidity needed for stable scope positioning on lighter rifles.

About the EAW Slide-on Mounts Series

EAW Slide-on Mounts sit in the brand’s range as a practical option for air rifles and small-calibre firearms that use integrated prism rails. EAW currently offers slide-on or roll-off mounts as a dedicated product category, with variants for 11 mm and 14.5 mm dovetail prisms as well as other common mounting interfaces. The series is intended for shooters who want a simpler and more economical mounting solution while still expecting the precise fit and clean machining associated with German-made sporting mounts.

A defining trait of the series is that the optic can be removed and reattached, which makes these mounts useful for transport, maintenance or changing between sighting setups. Depending on the model, the line includes one-piece and two-piece designs, with configurations for fixed installation or repeatable attachment using a lever lock. Across the series, EAW positions these mounts as a sensible match for lighter firearms, especially where a compact riflescope and a low, stable mounting arrangement are preferred over heavier tactical-style hardware.

About the EAW Slide-on mount for Weihrauch HW 13 mm, 25.4 mm

The EAW Slide-on mount for Weihrauch HW 13 mm, 25.4 mm is a dedicated fixed mount for Weihrauch air rifles with a 13 mm dovetail. Its geometry is tailored to this platform, which matters because air rifles benefit from a mount that fits the rail correctly and resists movement without unnecessary bulk. The 25.4 mm (1 inch) ring size makes it especially suitable for traditional airgun scopes and compact sporting optics, giving broad compatibility with established scope formats.

This model uses an aluminium construction, helping keep overall rifle weight manageable and preserving the balance of lighter rifles. For field and range use, that lighter build is valuable because it avoids making a compact rifle feel top-heavy. The mount also features adjustable windage, a practical advantage when aligning the scope with the rifle’s bore and compensating for small manufacturing tolerances in the action, rail or optic. Instead of consuming a large portion of the scope’s internal adjustment range, the shooter can achieve a more centered setup at the mount level.

With a BH height of 14.50 mm and an H height of 27.20 mm, this version is configured for a low, controlled scope position that supports a consistent cheek weld on rifles built around prism rails. The result is a mount that suits air rifle use well: compact, mechanically straightforward and matched to a common 1 inch scope format.

About EAW

EAW traces its origins to 1919, when Ernst Apel founded the company in Würzburg, Germany. The business later moved production from Würzburg to Gerbrunn in 1970, and Ernst Apel GmbH is now headquartered in Eibelstadt, Germany. The company’s identity is closely tied to sporting and hunting optics mounting systems, and its name comes from Ernst Apel Würzburg after Ernst Apel acquired Elektro-Dental-Werke Frankfurt in 1923 and adopted the EAW designation.

Riflescope mounts have been central to the company for decades. EAW developed and produced its first riflescope mounts in 1945, and since 1951, mount development and production have been its primary focus. Today, the range includes pivot, slide-on or roll-off, and claw mounts, alongside thermal imaging products. In this category, EAW is particularly known for precise, model-specific mounting solutions made in Germany for sporting, hunting and specialist rifle applications.
