Bergara Steel Picatinny Rail 20 MOA SA

• 20 MOA cant: Adds built-in elevation to the mounting platform, helping a riflescope keep more internal adjustment in reserve for longer-range shooting.
• Steel construction: The steel body gives the rail the rigidity needed for repeatable scope alignment and dependable holding strength under recoil.
• One-piece Picatinny design: A full-length rail with 16 slots gives broad flexibility for ring placement, making it easier to set correct eye relief on different scope sizes.
• Short-action fit: Built for short-action Bergara rifles, this rail provides a direct, purpose-made mounting solution rather than a universal compromise.
• Included mounting screws: Bergara supplies both 6-48 and 8-40 screws, which simplifies installation across compatible actions and reduces guesswork when fitting the base.

About the - Series

Bergara mounting accessories are built around the same practical approach that defines the brand’s rifles: solid materials, straightforward function and compatibility with real hunting and precision shooting setups. In this part of the lineup, the focus is on giving Bergara owners a stable interface between rifle and optic, whether the goal is a simple field rifle or a more specialized long-range configuration.

Within the range, rails are offered in different inclinations, including 0 MOA and 20 MOA versions, so the shooter can match the base to the intended distance and scope adjustment range. The design philosophy is uncomplicated: a one-piece steel Picatinny rail that prioritizes strength, repeatable mounting and broad ring-position flexibility. That makes these rails especially relevant for rifles that may carry larger optics, require careful eye-relief positioning or benefit from extra elevation for distance work. Rather than adding unnecessary complexity, Bergara keeps the format familiar and robust, which suits both general-purpose hunting optics and more demanding precision rifle applications.

About the Bergara Steel Picatinny Rail 20 MOA SA

The Bergara Steel Picatinny Rail 20 MOA SA is a one-piece scope base designed for shooters who want a stronger mounting platform and additional elevation built into the rifle. The 20 MOA incline is the defining feature here: by tilting the scope slightly downward relative to the bore, it preserves more of the optic’s upward adjustment for longer distances. In practical terms, that makes this rail a sensible choice for rifles used beyond ordinary hunting ranges, especially when paired with scopes intended for precision shooting.

The rail is made from steel, which matters because a mount has to do more than simply hold rings in place. A rigid steel base helps maintain alignment between action, rings and optic, and it stands up well to repeated recoil and hard field use. The Picatinny pattern also gives more flexibility than many proprietary bases, allowing the scope to be positioned where eye relief and shooting position work best. With 16 slots, there is useful room to accommodate compact hunting scopes as well as longer tactical optics.

This model is configured for short-action Bergara rifles and is compatible with B-14 and Premier series actions. Bergara also includes 6-48 and 8-40 screws, which is a practical detail for installation and compatibility. For a rifle that is expected to carry a serious optic and make use of extended elevation travel, this rail provides the right foundation without adding unnecessary complexity.

About Bergara

Bergara is a Spanish firearms brand manufactured by DIKAR S. COOP. and is best known for its work in rifle barrels and precision rifles. The company manufactures rifles and barrels in Bergara, Spain, and its product range covers hunting, target shooting and rimfire applications. Across the lineup, Bergara organizes its rifles into families such as Premier, B-14, BA13 and Rimfire, giving the brand a broad presence from general sporting use to more specialized precision setups.

The company’s reputation is closely tied to barrel making, which remains central to its identity in the shooting market. That background is especially relevant for accessories like scope rails and mounting components, because they are intended to support rifles built for consistent accuracy. In the Premier line, Bergara combines its own barrels and actions with selected components from other manufacturers, reflecting a practical, performance-focused approach rather than a purely cosmetic one.
