Balistae Solution Logbook

• Structured shooting records: The logbook is laid out to organize zero data, shot logs, range cards and correction tables in a format that is quick to read on the firing line, helping shooters keep consistent records instead of relying on loose notes.
• Rite in the Rain paper: Fully water-repellent pages stay usable in wet weather and field conditions, so essential ballistic notes and rifle data remain readable when ordinary paper would fail.
• Pencil-writable and erasable pages: Notes can be updated as loads, atmospherics or rifle setups change, making the book practical for repeated use during training, competition and long-range practice.
• Protective plastic cover: The Rite in the Rain plastic cover adds durability for transport in a range bag or pack and helps the logbook withstand regular handling outdoors.
• Transparent rear document pocket: A built-in pocket keeps reference sheets or supporting documents together with the logbook, reducing the chance of losing important range data between sessions.

About the Logbook Series

Balistae Solution Logbook products are built around the needs of precision shooting, where repeatable data collection matters as much as rifle setup and shooting technique. Rather than serving as a simple notebook, this type of shooting accessory is designed to keep ballistic information, zero confirmation, shot history and correction references in one dedicated format that can be used both on the range and in the field. That makes it relevant for shooters working with hunting optics, tactical optics and long-range rifle systems who need a more disciplined way to track performance.

Within the Balistae Solution accessory range, the logbook sits alongside other precision-shooting support equipment and reflects the same practical design approach: durable materials, straightforward organization and features chosen for real use rather than display. The use of water-repellent Rite in the Rain paper and a protective cover shows that the series is intended for outdoor conditions where weather, dirt and repeated handling are part of normal use. For shooters who regularly confirm zero, record environmental conditions and compare results over time, a dedicated logbook provides a more consistent workflow than general-purpose notebooks.

About the Balistae Solution Logbook

The Balistae Solution Logbook is a compact shooting record book made for rifle shooters who want a structured way to document setup changes, zero checks and shot performance. Its format is centered on practical range use, with sections for weapon reset, shot log, range cards, zero check tables and correction tables for angle, density altitude, wind and field-target shooting. In practice, that means the book supports the full cycle from confirming a rifle’s baseline to recording how it behaves under changing conditions.

The use of fully water-repellent Rite in the Rain paper is one of the model’s most useful features. Notes remain manageable in damp weather, and the pages are designed to be written on with a pencil and erased when data needs to be updated. That is especially useful for shooters refining loads, checking different optic settings or comparing environmental effects over multiple sessions. The Rite in the Rain plastic cover adds another layer of protection during transport and repeated handling.

This model also includes various numbered data sheets and a transparent rear pocket for documents, which helps keep supporting notes and reference material together in one place. With cover dimensions of 14.6 x 19.8 cm, it remains easy to carry in a range bag while still offering enough writing space for detailed records. For general rifle use, training and precision-shooting routines, it is a practical accessory built around consistency and traceable data.

About Balistae Solution

Balistae Solution was founded by Alberto Bompan and is focused on the needs of precision shooting. The company develops support bags and accessories intended for stable, repeatable rifle work, with its products made in Italy. Its range includes front and rear support bags, waxed-canvas bags, body-support pillows and related accessories, reflecting a clear specialization rather than a broad outdoor catalog.

A notable part of the brand’s identity is its emphasis on practical field use. Balistae Solution produces shooting bags in Cordura and waxed canvas, materials chosen for durability and handling characteristics, and it has also developed products such as the B.A.S.E. plate with a Swiss ARCA clamp. That product direction is closely tied to the background of founder Alberto Bompan, who served in the Italian Army Special Forces, giving the company a strong connection to real-world rifle handling and support equipment.
