Footprint is the same as the Sig Romeo Zero. Direct mount on my P322 .22LR pistol.
It appears to be sturdy enough to mount on a Glock 34 so after I send this to you I’ll be looking up an adapter plate for the dovetail. Think these are RMSc patterns.

Will that mount directly on a Springfield XDM Elite OSP without a adapter plate?
I am not sure which mounting standard Springfield XDM Elite OSP is optic ready for. It would be best to contact Springfield or one of their retailers and check that out.
