Spuhr Delta Point Hunting Interface

• Direct DeltaPoint-pattern mounting: This interface lets a compatible reflex sight sit directly on a Spuhr Hunting mount, keeping the setup lower and more compact than adding an intermediate rail.
• Spuhr Interface attachment: Designed for the Spuhr ISMS Interface, it locks into the mount’s accessory interface for a secure fit with good repeatability and without unnecessary bulk.
• Lightweight aluminium construction: At 20.00 g, the mount adds very little weight to a hunting rifle, helping preserve balance and fast handling.
• Shield RMS/SMS footprint: The mounting standard broadens compatibility with compact red dot sights that share this pattern, making it useful for offset or supplementary sighting roles.
• Built for hunting-series mounts: Made for the Spuhr Hunting platform, it adds red dot capability while preserving the cleaner, more traditional profile that defines the series.

About the Spuhr Hunting Series

Spuhr Hunting is the company’s hunting-focused mount family, created for shooters who want Spuhr’s modular thinking in a form that looks more traditional on a sporting rifle. A defining feature is the use of diagonally cut rings, a layout intended to keep ring material clear of scope turrets and maintain better access around the optic. The series is machined from 7075-T651 billet aluminum, giving the mounts the stiffness and low weight expected from a premium scope-mount platform.

Within the range, Spuhr offers Standard, Aesthetic, and Interface versions, so the user can choose between a cleaner classic layout or a mount with built-in attachment points for accessories. That modularity is central to the series: on Interface models, the Spuhr Interface allows direct attachment of accessories without resorting to larger rail sections. The result is a family of hunting optics mounts that balances a restrained exterior with practical expandability for red dots and other add-ons, making the series well suited to modern hunting rifles that still benefit from a tidy, low-profile setup.

About the Spuhr Delta Point Hunting Interface

The Spuhr Delta Point Hunting Interface is a compact adapter for shooters who want to add a miniature reflex sight to a hunting rifle without changing the character of the main scope setup. It is made to fit the Spuhr ISMS Interface found on compatible Hunting Series mounts, creating a direct attachment point for optics using the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro mounting standard. In practice, that gives the rifle a fast secondary sighting option for close-range shots, moving targets, or situations where a magnified riflescope is slower to acquire.

The main advantage of this interface is its direct-mount design. By attaching the sight straight to the Spuhr interface rather than through a separate Picatinny section, the assembly stays lower, lighter, and mechanically simpler. That matters on a hunting rifle, where excess height and added parts can make the sight picture less natural and the rifle less streamlined in the field. The aluminium construction and 20.00 g weight keep the addition unobtrusive, so the rifle’s balance is not noticeably altered.

This model is also useful for shooters already invested in older or cross-compatible mini red dot footprints. In addition to DeltaPoint-pattern sights, it is described as suitable for Leupold FirePoint, Tasco Optima, Trijicon Red Dot, JPoint, and Shield Mini Sight pattern applications. That makes it a practical accessory for building a compact supplementary sighting system on a Spuhr hunting optics mount while keeping the installation neat and purpose-built.

About Spuhr

Spuhr i Dalby AB was founded by Håkan Spuhr in 2007 and is based in Löddeköpinge, Sweden. The company is known for designing and manufacturing firearm optics mounts and weapon upgrade kits, with a strong focus on mechanical precision, modularity, and practical field use. Spuhr introduced its Ideal Scope Mount System (ISMS) in 2010, a mount concept that integrated attachment points for accessories directly into the mount body.

That approach helped define the brand’s reputation in the optics-mount category, especially among shooters who need a rigid scope mount with clean accessory integration. Beyond scope mounts, Spuhr has also produced upgrade kits for the HK G3 and MP5 platforms, the Ideal Chassis System (SICS) for bolt-action rifles, and specialized sight mounts including those for 40 mm grenade launchers. Across these product lines, the company’s expertise remains centered on durable mounting solutions and firearm-interface design.
