Hikmicro Thunder TE19 2.0

• 256×192 thermal sensor: The compact sensor keeps the scope light and efficient while still giving clear heat contrast for short- to medium-range spotting, making it well suited to woodland hunting and pest control where fast target recognition matters more than extreme magnification.
• 19 mm F1.0 objective lens: The fast aperture helps the sensor gather more thermal energy, improving image brightness and helping the scope maintain usable detail in damp, cold, or low-contrast conditions.
• 1024×768 OLED display: A high-resolution OLED screen presents the thermal image with strong contrast and smooth viewing, which makes prolonged observation easier and helps with precise shot placement.
• Up to 10 hours of battery life: The replaceable and rechargeable Li-ion power system supports long sessions in the field without constant battery changes, which is especially useful on night hunts or extended observation outings.
• Video, snapshot, Wi-Fi and recoil-activated recording: Built-in recording and wireless connectivity make it easier to save key moments, review shot placement, and transfer footage without adding external accessories.

About the Hikmicro Thunder Series

HIKMICRO THUNDER 2.0 is the updated generation of the company’s thermal scope family, introduced on April 12, 2023 as the successor to the earlier THUNDER 1.0 line. The series sits in HIKMICRO’s dedicated thermal hunting optics range and is built for users who need a compact thermal riflescope for applications such as hunting and search and rescue. Across the range, the design focuses on practical field use: a streamlined housing, uncooled thermal imaging sensors, and a 1024×768 OLED display that gives a clear, high-contrast viewing image in darkness and poor visibility.

THUNDER 2.0 models are defined by features that matter in real use rather than by bulk. The series supports multiple thermal image palettes, several flat-field correction modes, onboard video recording, and snapshot capture, so users can adapt the image to changing terrain and save footage directly from the scope. The line includes models such as the TE19 2.0, TE25 2.0, TH25P 2.0, TH35P 2.0, TQ35 2.0, and TQ50 2.0, covering different balances of field of view, magnification, and detection range. In practical terms, the THUNDER 2.0 family is aimed at shooters who want thermal capability in a compact, durable format that remains easy to mount, carry, and operate in the field.

About the Hikmicro Thunder TE19 2.0

HIKMICRO THUNDER TE19 2.0 is a compact thermal riflescope built around a 256×192, 12 μm sensor and a 19.00 mm F 1.0 lens. This configuration gives the scope a practical balance between image scale and field coverage, making it especially suitable for shorter engagement distances, scanning woodland edges, and moving through tighter terrain where a wide view is often more useful than high base magnification. With 2.47 x magnification and a 9.24 ° field of view, the TE19 2.0 is quick to use when targets appear suddenly and when tracking movement across a broad area matters.

The thermal module works at 50.00 Hz and offers 35.00 mK NETD, which helps the image stay fluid and preserves heat separation well enough for practical target detection in changing weather. A stated 1000.00 m detection range gives the scope enough reach for observation beyond normal shooting distances, while the 1024×768 OLED display keeps the viewed image crisp and easy to interpret. The TE19 2.0 also supports 10 reticles, allowing the user to choose a layout that suits the rifle and shooting style rather than forcing a single aiming pattern.

In day-to-day use, the scope’s compact body is one of its strongest advantages. At 218.00 mm long and 476.00 g, it adds less bulk than many larger thermal optics, which helps preserve rifle handling. The 45.00 mm eye relief, Wi-Fi connectivity, image capture, video recording, video output, and up to 10.00 h battery life all support practical field use, whether the priority is a lighter hunting setup, recording outings, or running the optic through a full evening without frequent battery changes. Waterproof and fogproof construction further suits the TE19 2.0 to difficult weather and temperature shifts.

About Hikmicro

HIKMICRO was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, China. The company specializes in thermal imaging and also works with visible-light imaging, ultrasonic technology, electromagnetic technology, and radar. In the outdoor optics field, its product range covers thermal monoculars, thermal scopes, thermal clip-ons, digital day-and-night scopes, and multispectrum binoculars, with series such as LYNX, FALCON, CONDOR, STELLAR, THUNDER, ALPEX, and HABROK.

For thermal hunting optics, HIKMICRO is particularly known for building a broad lineup around 12 μm thermal detectors, including 256×192, 384×288, and 640×512 formats. That focus is relevant to products such as the THUNDER series, where compact sensor design, practical image processing, and field-oriented housings are central to the product concept. In short, HIKMICRO’s reputation in this category comes from concentrating on dedicated thermal observation and aiming devices rather than treating thermal imaging as a side segment.
