Changing Magnification
The Zoom Eyepiece is best used when you need to view a distant object closer. As you zoom up in magnication the eld of view will become smaller and the object will become larger. To change magnification on the eyepiece rotate clockwise or counter clockwise to the desired magnification.
Note: The eyepiece will not rotate any lower or higher than the specified magnification.
Focusing Your Spotting Scope
To focus your Spotting Scope, simply rotate the focus knob until the image becomes clear. On models that have coarse and fine focusing adjustments, use the coarse adjustment for longer focal adjustments and the fine adjustment for shorter focal adjustments. Under certain conditions the more magnification you use, the image can become unclear due to atmospheric conditions.
