Pixfra Chiron C635

• 640x512 thermal sensor: The higher-resolution 12 μm detector gives the Chiron C635 a more detailed thermal image, helping separate animals, terrain features, and background clutter more clearly at longer distances.
• 20 mK NETD sensitivity: Strong thermal sensitivity helps the scope show smaller temperature differences, which improves target definition in damp air, changing weather, and low-contrast scenes.
• 35 mm F1.0 objective lens: The fast lens gathers more thermal energy for a brighter, cleaner image, while the wide 12.40 ° field of view supports faster scanning over woodland edges, fields, and open ground.
• 50 Hz refresh rate: A smoother image is easier to follow on moving game and during panning, which makes observation and shot placement more natural in the field.
• Video, image capture, and WiFi: Built-in recording and wireless connectivity make it easier to save sightings, review shots, and share footage without adding external accessories.

About the Pixfra Chiron Series

Pixfra Chiron is Pixfra’s thermal riflescope family for hunters and outdoor users who want a dedicated thermal sight with a straightforward control layout and modern imaging performance. In Pixfra’s current catalog, the line sits alongside the Chiron LRF range, with standard Chiron models focusing on core thermal riflescope functionality while the LRF versions add laser ranging and ballistic support. Across the series, Chiron scopes use 12 μm vanadium oxide uncooled focal plane detectors and are offered in both 384 × 288 and 640 × 512 sensor classes, giving users a choice between lighter cost of entry and higher image detail.

A defining part of the series is its rotary-knob menu control, which keeps operation simple when navigating settings in darkness or with gloves. Pixfra also equips the series with its PIPS image-processing solution, designed to keep image latency below 20 ms for a more immediate view when tracking movement. Chiron riflescopes are intended for hunting and outdoor exploration, and the platform reflects that purpose with practical onboard functions such as recoil-activated recording and a compact thermal-scope format that stays focused on field use rather than unnecessary complexity.

About the Pixfra Chiron C635

The Pixfra Chiron C635 is the higher-resolution fixed-magnification model in the standard Chiron thermal riflescope range, built around a 640x512 VOx uncooled sensor with a 35.00 mm F1.0 objective lens. That combination is aimed at users who want more image detail without moving to a larger, heavier optic. Its 1.80 x optical magnification keeps the image easy to manage at closer and medium distances, while the wide 219.00 m/1000m field of view helps with scanning and target acquisition in mixed terrain.

The sensor’s 12.00 μm pixel pitch, 20.00 mK NETD, and 50.00 Hz refresh rate work together to produce a cleaner, more responsive thermal image. In practice, that means better separation between target and background, smoother tracking of moving animals, and less delay when panning across a scene. The 1800.00 m detection range extends the scope’s usefulness for observation well beyond normal shooting distances, giving the user more time to identify heat sources and plan an approach.

The C635 uses an OLED display with 1440x1080 resolution, which supports a crisp viewing image and makes menu information easier to read in darkness. A multi reticle system allows the sight picture to be matched to different preferences or shooting tasks, while onboard image capture, video recording, and video output add practical value for review and documentation. WiFi connectivity broadens that further for wireless use with compatible devices. With a 608.00 g body, 18650 power supply, and up to 6.50 h of battery life, the Chiron C635 stays compact enough for field rifles while remaining suitable for long evening sessions. Waterproof and fogproof construction, plus an operating range of -30°C to +55°C, reinforce its role as a hunting thermal scope for demanding weather.

About Pixfra

Pixfra is the outdoor brand of Zhejiang Pixfra Technology Co., Ltd., based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. The company develops thermal imaging modules, cores, outdoor products, cameras, and related imaging solutions, with a product range that covers thermal monoculars, thermal scopes, thermal front attachments, multispectral binoculars, and digital day-and-night scopes. Within its outdoor line, Pixfra identifies hunting, outdoor exploration, and animal observation as key applications, which explains the strong focus on practical thermal imaging products for field use.

Pixfra’s product families include lines such as Mile, Arc, and Chiron, and the brand also uses its own imaging technologies in these devices, including PIPS 2.0 image-processing technology in the Mile 2 series. That background in thermal cores and complete outdoor devices gives Pixfra a clear specialization in thermal and digital observation equipment rather than general sporting optics.
