March-X 5-50x56 Product description

  • 10x zoom range: The 5-50x magnification span lets one riflescope cover load development, long-range benchrest, F-Class and Field Target work, so shooters can stay on lower power for target acquisition and move to very high magnification for precise aiming.
  • 56 mm objective with ED glass: The large objective and ED lens system help maintain image resolution and contrast at high magnification, which matters when reading mirage, separating bullet holes from the target face, or aiming at small scoring zones.
  • Second focal plane reticle: An SFP design keeps the reticle visually fine as magnification rises, making it easier to hold precisely on small targets without the center pattern becoming too heavy at 40x to 50x.
  • Tactical turrets with Zero Stop: Exposed tactical turrets are built for regular dialing, while the Zero Stop gives a clear return point after elevation changes, reducing the chance of getting lost in the adjustment during competition or range work.
  • Side focus from 10 m to infinity: The wide parallax range supports everything from close air-rifle and Field Target distances to full long-range use, helping keep the target and reticle on the same optical plane for more consistent shot placement.

About the March X Series

March X is March’s second-focal-plane riflescope series built on 34 mm tubes, developed for shooters who need very high magnification with the mechanical precision to dial accurately. Within the March lineup, the series sits as a specialist option for disciplines where target detail, exact aiming and repeatable adjustments matter more than compact size or low-power speed. March lists the family for Field Target competition, F-Class, long-range benchrest, silhouette matches, tactical shooting, varmint hunting and air-rifle use.

A defining trait of the series is its 10x zoom ratio combined with a 56 mm objective lens, giving March X models the flexibility to work across a wide spread of distances and target sizes. The current March X range includes 5-50x56, 8-80x56 and 10-60x56 High Master variants, all aimed at high-magnification shooting. In practical use, the SFP layout keeps the reticle appearance consistent and fine, which suits precise aiming at small targets, while the large objective and high-magnification format are intended to support accurate range estimation and careful shot correction in demanding target disciplines.

About the March-X 5-50x56

The March-X 5-50x56 is a high-magnification target and long-range riflescope built for shooters who want one optic to cover a very broad working envelope. At 5x, it remains manageable for initial target pickup and position setup; at 50x, it gives the image scale needed for careful aiming on small targets, reading fine target detail and spotting subtle point-of-impact changes. The 56 mm objective and fully multicoated ED optical system are especially relevant at the top end of the zoom range, where resolution and contrast become critical for seeing mirage, edges and scoring rings clearly.

This model uses a second focal plane reticle, a format many precision shooters prefer when they want the reticle to stay visually fine at high magnification. That helps preserve a precise aiming point instead of covering too much of the target center. The red illuminated reticle adds visibility against dark backgrounds or in subdued light, while remaining oriented toward deliberate shooting rather than bright daylight use.

Mechanically, the scope is set up for dialing. Its tactical turrets, Zero Stop and multi-turn elevation system suit repeated correction changes during long-range sessions or competition strings. Side focus adjustment from 10 m to infinity makes the scope unusually versatile, extending its usefulness from close-distance air-rifle and Field Target work to full-distance centerfire applications. A 34 mm tube, argon filling and waterproof, fogproof, shockproof construction complete a design focused on repeatability and stability in serious field and range use.

About March

March is the riflescope brand of DEON Optical Design Corporation, a Japanese company established in 2004 and headquartered in Chino, Nagano Prefecture, Japan. DEON designs and manufactures March custom rifle scopes, with the scopes assembled in Japan from Japanese-made components. The company is known for concentrating on specialist shooting optics rather than a broad outdoor catalog, with product families that include March-FX, March-X, Genesis and High Master.

In this category, March has built its reputation around precise mechanical tracking, unusually wide zoom ratios and purpose-built optics for benchrest, Field Target and long-range shooting. DEON introduced its first March 40×52 mm benchrest scope in 2007, and later expanded the line with technologies such as Super ED lenses, introduced to the March range in 2017. The company’s design approach is closely tied to competition use, where exact adjustments, optical resolution and repeatable performance matter more than broad-market features.

Hello. I am interested in this March model or in Leupold's Mark 5HD 7-35x56. How these two compare with Khales k525i (regarding glass and mechanics, not magnification, obviously)? Is the 2-3 months estimated delivery time to Spain (Majorca island) valid for both scopes? Thanks in advance,

by Santiago

Dear Sir,

thank you for contacting us.

Please note that all of the mentioned riflescopes can be shipped to Spain with no problem. The estimated delivery time can vary from model to model for example March riflescopes are custom made therefore need 14-16 weeks to be manufactured. For any comparisons between these three, we kindly ask you to contact us at [email protected]

Thank you for your understanding.

If you will need any additional information please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Kind Regards

Good evening.
Can you give me the estimated price and the estimated arrival date for: 1. shipping to London, and for 2. shipping to Madrid, Spain please?
Thank you
Kind regards,

by Santiago

The basic (depending on the configuration) price of this product with the VAT included is 2989€. Please note that we are unable to ship March products to the United Kingdom due to the manufacturer's restriction policy. The delivery time for March is 10-12 weeks if out of stock (March produces scopes mostly by demand) and only a few weeks if they have the product in stock.
