Sightron 7 MRAD Tactical Elevation Turret

• 7 MRAD elevation scale: This tactical elevation turret is built around a 7 MRAD revolution, giving shooters a clear, repeatable dialing range that suits modern metric-based hold and correction systems.
• Tactical dialing format: The exposed tactical layout is easier to read and manipulate than a low-profile hunting cap, which helps when fast elevation changes are part of the shot process.
• Factory-matched Sightron accessory: As a genuine Sightron component, it is intended to preserve the scope’s original handling and adjustment feel rather than adding a generic aftermarket part.
• Compact metal construction: With a weight of 50.00 g, it adds useful dialing functionality without noticeably changing rifle balance or making the optic feel top-heavy.
• Made in Japan: Japanese manufacture aligns this turret with the production standard associated with many Sightron optics and accessories, which matters for fit, finish, and consistent operation.

About the Sightron Accessories Series

Sightron Accessories is the brand’s supporting product family for shooters and observers who want to adapt, protect, or fine-tune their optics without moving away from factory parts. On Sightron’s official range, the collection covers practical items such as sunshades, Switchview levers, side-focus wheels, scope covers, and mounting-related components, showing that the series is built around real field use rather than display add-ons. That matters because accessories in this line are designed to work with specific Sightron platforms and control layouts.

Within the series, the emphasis is on compatibility and straightforward function. Some accessories improve handling speed, such as the different S-SL1 to S-SL4 Switchview lever variants, while others support transport, lens care, or setup refinement. The range also includes magnetic and nonmagnetic side-focus wheel options, plus accessories for binoculars and reflex sights, so the series is broader than riflescope-only equipment. In practice, Sightron Accessories serves shooters and optics users who want factory-consistent parts that match the design language of the main product line and support hunting, target shooting, and general field use.

About the Sightron 7 MRAD Tactical Elevation Turret

The Sightron 7 MRAD Tactical Elevation Turret is a purpose-built riflescope accessory for shooters who prefer dialing elevation corrections instead of relying only on reticle holds. Its defining feature is the 7 MRAD turret scale, which suits metric-based shooting systems commonly used in precision and tactical optics. That format makes it easier to translate observed impact corrections into direct turret movement, especially when the shooter is already working in milliradians.

Because this is an exposed tactical elevation turret, it is aimed at applications where adjustments are made deliberately and repeatedly in the field or on the range. Compared with a simpler capped arrangement, this style gives quicker access to elevation changes and a more immediate visual reference to the dialed setting. That is useful for target shooting, distance work, and any setup where the rifle is expected to engage at varying ranges.

The turret’s 50.00 g weight keeps the accessory light enough that it does not materially affect the balance of the optic or rifle. Its black finish maintains a subdued, equipment-focused appearance that matches most tactical riflescope setups. As a Made in Japan Sightron accessory, it also fits the brand’s established preference for precise optical and mechanical components, making it a sensible choice for shooters who want a factory solution rather than a universal replacement part.

About Sightron

Sightron was originally based in Miami, Florida, and later moved its headquarters to North Carolina. The company began with red-dot sights before expanding into hunting riflescopes and target scopes, which helps explain its strong presence in both sporting and precision-shooting categories. Today, Sightron’s catalog also includes binoculars and spotting scopes, showing a broader focus on field optics rather than riflescopes alone.

In the riflescope segment, Sightron is especially known for series such as SII, SIII, S-TAC, and SV, along with proprietary features like the ExacTrack windage and elevation adjustment system. The brand also uses Zact-7 Revcoat lens multicoating technology across parts of its optics range. With riflescopes manufactured in Japan, Sightron has built a reputation around practical optical design and dependable mechanical adjustment for hunting and target shooting applications.
