Holosun LS117 Laser

• Visible aiming laser: The 5.00 mW output gives a clear aiming reference for fast target indexing, making the laser useful when shooting from unconventional positions or when a traditional sight picture is slower to acquire.
• Windage and elevation adjustment: Built-in adjustment lets the laser be aligned precisely to the rifle, which is essential for keeping the point of aim consistent at practical engagement distances.
• Quick Release Mount: The included Quick Release Mount makes installation and removal faster, which helps when moving the laser between rifles or when reconfiguring a carbine for different roles.
• Aluminium housing: The metal body adds the rigidity needed for rifle use, helping the unit hold alignment better under regular handling and field use than a lighter polymer shell.
• Waterproof construction: A waterproof build gives the Holosun LS117 Laser more dependable operation in rain, mud, and damp hunting conditions where exposed electronics can become a weak point.

About the LS Series

The Holosun LS Series is the company’s family of dedicated laser aiming devices for rifles and carbines. Positioned alongside Holosun’s red dot sights and illumination tools, the series is built for shooters who want a compact aiming aid that can be mounted independently of an optic or paired with other sighting systems. The LS line covers visible and IR laser configurations, allowing the series to serve both conventional daylight use and more specialized low-light or night-vision-oriented setups depending on the model.

Across the range, the design emphasis is on practical weapon integration: compact housings, rail mounting, external zeroing adjustments, and controls that are easy to reach on a working rifle. The series is intended for hunting, range use, and professional carbine setups where a laser can speed up aiming from awkward positions, around cover, or during close-range movement. A durable metal housing, weather-resistant construction, and straightforward control layout are central characteristics of the LS family. Rather than replacing an optic, LS Series lasers are built to complement riflescopes, prism sights, and red dot sights with an additional aiming reference that is fast to access when conditions demand it.

About the Holosun LS117 Laser

The Holosun LS117 Laser is a compact rifle-mounted aiming laser designed for shooters who want a dedicated laser unit without adding unnecessary bulk to the handguard. Its role is straightforward: provide a fast, visible aiming reference that supports close- to intermediate-range use when speed matters more than a perfect cheek weld. On a hunting rifle or tactical carbine, that can be useful when shooting from improvised positions, around obstacles, or in situations where bringing the primary optic fully into line takes extra time.

This model combines a 5.00 mW Class 3A laser with adjustable windage and elevation, so it can be matched precisely to the rifle and intended zero distance. That adjustability is what turns the unit from a simple pointer into a practical sighting aid, because correct alignment is critical for predictable point of aim. The Quick Release Mount adds flexibility for users who remove accessories for transport, maintenance, or changes in rifle configuration.

The housing is made from aluminium, which suits a rifle laser that may be exposed to knocks, sling pressure, and repeated handling. Its waterproof construction also makes it better suited to outdoor use in rain or wet vegetation than a basic range-only accessory. The control concept remains simple, with an onboard on/off switch and no remote cable requirement, which keeps the setup clean for shooters who prefer minimal external wiring on the rifle.
