Dipol DN55 XT Night Vision

1. Image Intensifier Technology: The Dipol DN55 XT utilizes a high-performance Generation 2+ Image Intensifier Tube (IIT) with a Microchannel Plate (MCP), delivering significantly enhanced brightness and clarity over Gen 1 devices. This enables superior observation in extremely low light conditions, converting faint ambient light and near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths into a visible image.

2. Rugged & Ergonomic Design: Crafted for resilience, the DN55 XT features a robust yet lightweight composite housing, providing excellent durability for field use. Its ergonomic design ensures comfortable handling, making it an ideal companion for extended periods of observation during hunting, surveillance, or tactical operations.

3. Optimized Optical System: Equipped with a large objective lens and multi-coated optics, the DN55 XT maximizes light gathering and transmission. This results in a bright, sharp, and high-contrast image across the entire field of view, crucial for precise identification of targets in challenging nocturnal environments.

4. Integrated IR Illumination: For true pitch-black scenarios, the DN55 XT includes a powerful built-in infrared (IR) illuminator. This emits invisible 850nm NIR light, providing active illumination that dramatically extends viewing range without being detected, ensuring clear vision even in conditions with zero ambient light.

ABOUT THE DIPOL DN55 XT NIGHT VISION

The Dipol DN55 XT Night Vision Monocular distinguishes itself with its advanced Generation 2+ image intensifier technology, offering a significant leap in low-light performance compared to earlier generations. This analog night vision device is engineered to amplify ambient light and near-infrared wavelengths (700-1000 nm) to provide clear, real-time green-tinted images in conditions ranging from starlight to complete darkness. Designed primarily for hunters, wildlife observers, and security professionals, the DN55 XT provides exceptional vision for spotting game, monitoring perimeters, or navigating challenging terrains after dusk. Its durable and lightweight composite construction ensures reliability in demanding outdoor environments. For situations of absolute darkness, users must rely on its integrated IR illuminator, which provides the necessary invisible light to reveal otherwise unseen details. A critical feature of all analog night vision devices, including the DN55 XT, is the imperative to never expose the device to bright daylight or intense light sources without the lens cap on, as this can cause permanent and irreversible damage to the image intensifier tube, safeguarding your investment.
