Burris XTR III Illuminated 3.3-18x50 FFP

• 3.3-18x magnification range: Combines a wide field of view at low magnification with precise target observation at longer distances, making the scope suitable for competition, tactical shooting, and field use.
• First focal plane reticle with red and green illumination: Reticle subtensions remain accurate throughout the magnification range. Selectable red or green illumination offers 11 brightness settings for each color.
• 34 mm main tube and extended elevation adjustment: Provides up to 120 MOA of elevation adjustment in the SCR MOA version or 35 MIL in the SCR 2 MIL version.
• Side parallax adjustment from 22.8 m to infinity: Allows precise image focusing and helps minimize parallax error at different shooting distances.
• Compact tactical design: With an overall length of approximately 338 mm and weight of approximately 845 g, the 3.3-18x50 configuration offers a practical balance of magnification, adjustment range, and size.

About the Burris Xtreme Tactical XTR III Series

The Burris Xtreme Tactical XTR III series is designed for long-range competition, precision shooting, and tactical applications. Developed in Greeley, Colorado, and tested on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, the series combines advanced optical performance with competition-oriented adjustment systems.

The XTR III family includes 3.3-18x50 mm and 5.5-30x56 mm configurations, featuring 34 mm main tubes, first focal plane reticles, and tactical adjustment turrets. The illuminated versions offer selectable red and green reticle illumination with 11 brightness levels for each color.

Depending on the model, the series is available with SCR MOA or SCR 2 MIL reticles. These reticles provide precise holdover and windage references for long-range shooting. The scopes also feature Burris Zero Click Stop technology and adjustable side parallax.

About the Burris XTR III Illuminated 3.3-18x50 FFP

The Burris XTR III Illuminated 3.3-18x50 FFP is the more compact configuration in the illuminated XTR III series. Its 3.3-18x magnification range provides versatility for precision shooting, practical long-range competitions, and tactical applications.

The 50 mm objective lens and index-matched Hi-Lume multi-coated optics provide good image brightness and contrast. The field of view ranges from approximately 11.5 to 2.1 m at 100 m, supporting target acquisition at lower magnifications and detailed observation at higher magnifications.

The first focal plane reticle maintains consistent subtensions throughout the magnification range. Both available illuminated reticles offer selectable red and green illumination, with 11 brightness levels for each color. Illumination is powered by a CR2032 battery.

The riflescope is available in two configurations:

• Burris 201203 – SCR MOA: Illuminated SCR MOA reticle, 1/4 MOA click adjustments, 120 MOA total elevation adjustment, and 55 MOA total windage adjustment.
• Burris 201204 – SCR 2 MIL: Illuminated SCR 2 MIL reticle, 0.1 MIL click adjustments, 35 MIL total elevation adjustment, and 16 MIL total windage adjustment.

Both versions feature tactical adjustment turrets with Zero Click Stop, a 34 mm main tube, and side parallax adjustment from approximately 22.8 m to infinity. The nitrogen-filled construction is waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof.
