Burris Signature HD 5-25x50

• 5-25x magnification range: Covers the span from deliberate mid-range work to precise long-range shot placement, so the scope remains useful for hunting as well as target shooting.
• 50 mm objective with fully multicoated lenses: Helps deliver a bright, clear sight picture with solid contrast, which makes it easier to resolve targets and aiming points in difficult light.
• Side parallax adjustment from 22.8 m to infinity: Lets the shooter fine-tune the image and reticle focus for distance, reducing aiming error and making small targets easier to define.
• Zero Stop turret system: Gives a fast, repeatable return to the original zero after dialing elevation, which is especially useful when moving between known distances in the field.
• Nitrogen-filled, waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction: Supports dependable use in changing weather, rough transport and recoil, helping the scope stay ready for real hunting conditions.

About the Burris Siganture HD Series

Burris Signature HD is Burris' hunting-focused riflescope family for shooters who want more dialing capability and optical refinement than an entry-level scope, while keeping the design practical for field use. Introduced in 2020, the line includes 2-10x40, 3-15x44 and 5-25x50 configurations, giving the series a clear spread from general-purpose hunting to more deliberate long-range work. Burris positions the range for serious hunters and shooters, and that shows in the balance between versatile magnification, robust mechanics and straightforward controls.

The series uses premium multi-coated glass to improve brightness and image clarity, while the mechanical layout is built around repeatable adjustment and field durability. Depending on the model, Signature HD scopes are offered with front- and rear-focal-plane reticle options, allowing the line to serve shooters who prefer either holdover consistency through the zoom range or a more traditional sight picture. Burris also built the series around practical turret features, including push/pull locking turrets and zero-click-stop target knobs, so the scopes can be dialed with confidence and then returned to zero without hesitation. Across the range, the emphasis stays on dependable hunting optics with enough precision for longer shots.

About the Burris Signature HD 5-25x50

The Burris Signature HD 5-25x50 is the longest-range model in the series, built for shooters who need a scope that can move from careful field observation to precise shot correction at distance. Its 5-25x magnification range gives a useful low end for locating game or settling behind the rifle, then enough top-end magnification for reading small aiming points and making exact holds on distant targets. Combined with a 50.00 mm objective, the scope is designed to maintain a clear, usable image when detail matters most.

This version uses the Fine Plex reticle, a non-illuminated design with thin crosshairs that keeps the sight picture clean and uncluttered. That makes it especially well suited to shooters who prefer precise aiming over a busy holdover pattern, whether on paper, steel or small target areas on game. The capped turrets protect the settings from accidental movement during transport and field carry, while the Zero Stop system still gives the practical advantage of returning quickly to the established zero after dialing elevation. With 18.90 mrad / 65.00 MOA of elevation and windage adjustment, the scope offers enough travel for serious distance work within a conventional 30 mm platform.

The side-focus parallax adjustment from 22.8 m to infinity helps sharpen the target image and reduce apparent reticle shift across a wide range of shooting distances. A 30 mm tube, nitrogen filling and waterproof, fogproof, shockproof construction round out a design that stays practical for hunting rifles and long-range field setups rather than becoming overly specialized.

About Burris

Burris was founded in 1971 by Don Burris and is headquartered in Greeley, Colorado, United States. The company has long focused on sporting optics, building a catalogue that includes hunting and tactical riflescopes, red-dot and reflex sights, binoculars, spotting scopes, rangefinders, thermal optics, rings and mounts. That broad product range helps explain Burris' reputation for designing optics around practical shooting needs rather than around a single niche.

Several Burris developments are especially relevant in riflescopes. The company introduced the Ballistic Plex trajectory-compensating reticle in 2000, reflecting an early emphasis on usable holdover systems for field shooting. It later introduced the Eliminator riflescope with laser rangefinding and automatic bullet-drop compensation in 2010, showing Burris' continued interest in combining optics with applied shooting technology. Burris has been part of Beretta Holdings since 2002, and its riflescope line remains closely associated with hunting and practical long-range use.
