Konus Konuspro 3-10x44

• 3-10x magnification range: Covers the practical middle ground for stalking, general hunting and range use, giving a wider view at 3x and more precise shot placement at 10x.
• 44 mm objective lens: Balances light-gathering ability with manageable size, helping maintain a bright sight picture without making the riflescope overly bulky.
• Glass-etched SFP reticle design: The Konuspro series is built around etched reticles on optical glass, a construction that helps maintain reticle integrity under recoil and regular field use.
• Capped 1/4 MOA turrets: Protects the adjustments from accidental movement while carrying the rifle, which suits hunting setups that are zeroed once and then left alone.
• Waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction: Nitrogen filling and sealed construction help the scope stay usable through temperature changes, wet weather and the knocks that come with field transport.

About the Konuspro Series

The Konuspro series sits at the core of Konus’s sporting riflescope range and covers a broad spread of hunting and shooting applications. Konus catalogs the line with models for hunting, varmint shooting, long-range shooting, shotguns and airguns, which makes it one of the brand’s most versatile families. Across the range, Konuspro models are defined by the use of a glass-etched reticle, a design Konus describes as a tactical-style solution in a sporting riflescope line. In practical terms, an etched reticle is less prone to the alignment issues that can affect more delicate reticle constructions, which is useful on rifles that see regular transport and recoil.

The wider Konuspro family also includes several specialized branches, such as Konuspro Plus, 275, 550, M-30, F-30, EL-30 and EVO, each aimed at a slightly different style of use. Some versions focus on ballistic holdover references, some move into first-focal-plane layouts, and others add electronic reticle selection. That variety gives the Konuspro name a clear identity: practical riflescopes built around straightforward operation, durable reticle construction and model-specific features for different shooting disciplines rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

About the Konus Konuspro 3-10x44

The Konus Konuspro 3-10x44 is a traditional all-round hunting riflescope built for shooters who want one optic to cover short-to-medium field distances without unnecessary complexity. Its 3-10x magnification range is well suited to stalking and general-purpose rifle use: the lower end gives a more forgiving field of view for faster target acquisition, while the upper end provides enough image scale for more deliberate shot placement at longer distances. Paired with a 44 mm objective lens, it offers a practical compromise between brightness, mounting flexibility and overall handling.

This model uses a second focal plane reticle, which keeps the reticle visually consistent as magnification changes. For many hunting applications, that makes the sight picture easier to read quickly because the aiming point does not become overly fine at low power or overly bold at high power. The reticle is non-illuminated, which keeps operation simple and avoids reliance on battery-powered brightness controls.

The mechanical layout follows the same practical logic. Capped turrets with 1/4 MOA clicks are better suited to a rifle that is zeroed and then carried in the field, since the caps help prevent accidental adjustment. With 76.20 mm eye relief, the scope gives a consistent head position and useful separation from the rifle under recoil. A 25.4 mm tube, multicoated optics and nitrogen-filled waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction round out a design aimed at dependable everyday use rather than frequent dialing or specialist competition work.

About Konus

Konus was founded in 1979 in Verona, Italy, and has built its name around optics for hunting, target shooting and outdoor use. The company’s catalog extends across riflescopes and other field optics, with product lines that range from straightforward entry-level models to more specialized configurations for tactical and long-range applications. Within riflescopes, Konus is known for families such as Konuspro, Konuspro M-30 and Konuspro T-30, reflecting a long-standing focus on practical shooting optics.

A notable part of Konus’s development has been its work with laser-etched reticles, including riflescope lines that use engraved reticle designs and, in some cases, dual illumination systems. That emphasis is relevant here because it shows Konus’s preference for robust reticle construction in field-oriented optics. Today, Konus Italia Group S.p.A. is based in Settimo di Pescantina, Italy, and the brand remains closely associated with accessible sporting optics designed for real hunting and range use.
