Smith & Wesson Delta Force CS, 2xCR123 Flashlight

• Compact tactical format: The Delta Force CS is built as a handheld light that is easy to carry on duty gear, in a pack, or in a vehicle without taking up much space.
• LED output with focused beam: Its LED emitter and adjustable beam focus let the light shift toward a more concentrated throw, helping identify objects farther out instead of flooding only the area close at hand.
• CR123 power system: Running on 2x CR123 batteries gives this flashlight a power source commonly chosen for compact high-output lights and dependable cold-weather performance.
• Waterproof construction: The waterproof design adds confidence for outdoor use in rain, wet terrain, or general field conditions where ordinary household lights are less suitable.
• Useful reach for outdoor tasks: With an illumination distance in the 101-200 m class, this flashlight is suited to scanning trails, checking property, and other situations where more reach matters than a broad close-range beam.

About the Smith & Wesson Flashlights Series

Smith & Wesson Flashlights covers both handheld lights and headlamps, giving the brand a practical lighting range that spans everyday carry, outdoor use, and more tactical applications. Within that lineup, the family includes the Delta Force range as well as Night Guard models, with Delta Force positioned as the heavier-duty option for users who want a more purpose-built tactical light. The series also extends beyond standard handhelds to include a penlight and the HL-10 headlamp, so the range is broad enough to cover compact utility lighting as well as more specialized tasks.

Across the family, the emphasis is on straightforward operation, portable form factors, and lighting tools that fit naturally alongside other field and shooting equipment. Delta Force lights are described by Smith & Wesson as tactical lighting for heavy-duty use, which gives the series a more robust character than general everyday lighting. That makes the range relevant for users who need a compact flashlight for hunting gear, outdoor movement, vehicle storage, or general preparedness, while still keeping the controls and format simple enough for routine carry.

About the Smith & Wesson Delta Force CS, 2xCR123 Flashlight

The Smith & Wesson Delta Force CS, 2xCR123 Flashlight is a compact handheld model built around a practical tactical format. Its LED emitter provides efficient illumination in a size that remains easy to carry, while the beam focus function gives the light more flexibility than a fixed-pattern design. In practice, that means it can be set up for a tighter beam when reach matters more, such as checking a fence line, scanning a dark path, or identifying objects at distance.

The light is powered by 2x CR123 batteries, a format often chosen for compact high-performance flashlights because it supports strong output from a relatively short body. That helps the Delta Force CS stay portable while still fitting the role of a field or emergency light rather than a simple household torch. Its stated 101-200 m illumination distance places it in a useful range for outdoor movement, property checks, and general utility work where a longer beam is an advantage.

Smith & Wesson also gives this model a waterproof construction, which is important for a light likely to be used around wet weather, muddy ground, or gear bags exposed to the elements. As a handheld tactical flashlight, it suits users who want a simple, self-contained light with more reach and a more focused beam than everyday pocket lights, while keeping operation and power supply straightforward.

About Smith & Wesson

Smith & Wesson was founded in 1852 in Springfield, Massachusetts, by Horace Smith and Daniel B. Wesson. The company is one of the longest-established names in the American firearms industry and today is headquartered in Maryville, Tennessee. Its core business includes revolvers, pistols, long guns, suppressors, handcuffs, and related firearm products, marketed primarily under the Smith & Wesson and Gemtech brands.

Within accessories, Smith & Wesson also offers a dedicated lighting range that includes Delta Force, Night Guard, and M&P-branded models. That background matters here because the company’s flashlight line is shaped around the same practical, field-oriented use cases as its broader shooting and outdoor equipment. In the lighting category, the brand’s catalog covers both handheld flashlights and headlamps, with Delta Force models aimed at heavier-duty tactical use.
