Sightmark Tactical 34mm LQD Cantilever Mount

1. 1. Optimal Eye Relief Positioning: This cantilever mount significantly enhances the user experience on AR-15 type rifles by extending the scope forward. This design ensures that riflescopes are positioned ideally for proper eye relief, preventing strained shooting positions and allowing for quicker target acquisition, crucial for both dynamic tactical scenarios and precise hunting shots. It clears obstacles like handguards and backup iron sights effectively.

2. 2. Superior Stability and Recoil Resistance: Constructed from high-grade 6061-T6 aluminium, this mount offers exceptional rigidity and durability. The integrated recoil stopper lugs are designed to lock firmly into Picatinny rail slots, eliminating any potential for movement or shift under heavy recoil. This guarantees unwavering zero retention, providing consistent accuracy shot after shot, which is paramount for competitive shooters and reliable field performance.

3. 3. Quick Detach (LQD) Functionality: The mount features a robust quick-detach (LQD) system, allowing for swift and tool-free attachment or removal of your optic. This is particularly beneficial for transportation, rifle cleaning, or when swapping optics for different applications. The system ensures 100% repeatability, meaning the scope will return to its original zero upon reattachment, saving valuable time and ensuring precision in the field.

4. 4. Secure Scope Retention: Each ring of the cantilever mount is secured by six Torx screws, providing a firm and unyielding grip on the 34 mm scope tube. This multi-point contact system minimises the risk of scope slippage, even under extreme conditions or rapid fire. The high-quality machining ensures a precise fit, safeguarding your optic from potential damage caused by overtightening or improper seating.
