Rix Optics Tourer T50 4K

• 4K digital sensor: The 3840x2160 sensor captures fine detail that helps with target identification and shot placement in both daylight and low-light conditions.
• 3.5x to 28x magnification range: A practical base magnification for general hunting and field use combines with high digital zoom for closer inspection at longer distances.
• 50 mm F1.2 objective lens: The large, fast objective gathers more available light, which helps maintain a brighter image when ambient light is limited.
• AMOLED display: The 1920x1080 screen presents a crisp viewing image with strong contrast, making menu navigation and aiming more comfortable during extended use.
• Recording and WiFi connectivity: Built-in photo and video capture, together with WiFi, make it easier to save footage, review shots, and share recordings through a connected device.

About the Rix Optics Tourer Series

The Rix Optics Tourer series is the company’s line of digital day-and-night vision riflescopes, developed for shooters who want one optic that can cover daylight use, dusk, and after-dark hunting without changing platforms. In the broader RIX range, which also includes thermal monoculars and thermal riflescopes, the Tourer family focuses on a more traditional scope-style experience while using a digital imaging system rather than conventional glass-only construction.

Typical Tourer applications include night hunting, pest control, and general observation where users need recognizable image detail instead of a thermal signature alone. The series is defined by high-resolution digital sensors, electronic displays, onboard recording functions, and app-based connectivity, giving it a more versatile role than a standard daytime riflescope. The design philosophy stays close to familiar hunting optics, with a tube-mounted format that suits common rifle setups and keeps handling intuitive. Across the series, the emphasis is on practical usability: clear digital imaging, broad zoom capability, and features that support both field observation and shot review in one device.

About the Rix Optics Tourer T50 4K

The Rix Optics Tourer T50 4K is a digital night vision riflescope built around a 3840x2160 sensor and a 50 mm F1.2 objective lens, a combination that prioritizes image detail and light intake. In practice, that means the scope is well suited to users who need a recognizable, high-definition image for identifying animals, terrain features, and aiming points in changing light conditions. Because it is a day-and-night digital optic, it can serve as a single sighting system for daytime use as well as evening and nighttime hunting.

The 3.5x base magnification gives the scope a useful starting point for general field shooting, while the 28x maximum magnification allows closer inspection of distant targets when conditions support more zoom. Its 144.00 m/1000m field of view helps with scanning and target acquisition at lower magnification, so the optic does not feel overly restrictive when searching wider areas. The 48.00 mm eye relief also supports more comfortable shooting from typical rifle positions.

The viewing image is presented on a 1920x1080 AMOLED display, which helps preserve apparent sharpness and contrast from the high-resolution sensor. Built-in photo and video recording add practical value for documenting hunts or reviewing shot placement afterward, and WiFi connectivity extends that usability by simplifying connection to a mobile device. With fogproof, waterproof, and shockproof construction, plus operation from -20°C to +50°C, the Tourer T50 4K is configured for field use in demanding weather and seasonal conditions.

About Rix Optics

RIX Optics is based in Richardson, Texas, United States, and focuses on the design and manufacture of thermal-imaging and night-vision optics. Its catalog covers several adjacent categories, including thermal riflescopes, thermal-imaging monoculars, and digital day-and-night-vision scopes, which places the company firmly in the hunting and observation optics segment rather than in conventional sporting optics alone.

Within that range, RIX has organized its products into distinct families for different uses. The LEAP series includes thermal riflescopes with continuous optical zoom and built-in laser rangefinders, while some STORM series thermal riflescope models also integrate laser rangefinders. This product structure shows a clear emphasis on electronically enhanced aiming and observation tools for low-light and no-light conditions. The Tourer series fits that broader specialization by offering a digital alternative for users who want a scope-format optic with day-and-night capability.
