MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount, Lever Lock, 34 mm

• One-piece pivot design: Keeps both rings in one rigid assembly, which helps maintain alignment and makes repeatable mounting more dependable on hunting and sporting rifles.
• Lever lock system: Allows fast attachment and removal without turning the mount into a slow, tool-dependent setup, useful when an optic must be taken off for transport or changed between field conditions.
• 34 mm ring interface: Supports modern riflescopes with larger main tubes, giving a secure platform for optics that often carry larger adjustment ranges and more demanding long-range or low-light configurations.
• Aluminium construction: Reduces unnecessary weight while still providing the stiffness needed for a stable optic mounting solution on working hunting rifles.
• Made in Germany: Reflects MAK’s emphasis on precise machining and tight fit, which matters in a pivot mount where consistent lock-up and return to position are central to practical use.

About the MAKflex Series

MAKflex is MAK’s modular pivot bridge mount family for rifles and break-action firearms, built for shooters who want a traditional pivot system with more configuration options than a fixed-format mount. The series is designed around a flexible platform that can be adapted to different optics and rifle interfaces, rather than forcing the user into a single ring size or attachment standard.

Within the range, MAKflex is offered with different optic interfaces and ring diameters, including versions for Picatinny, Zeiss, Swarovski, and Aimpoint Micro footprints. The line also includes different pivot-foot options and a choice between a rotating lock and a lever lock, allowing the mount to be matched to the rifle’s handling style and the user’s preference for speed or traditional operation. MAK also offers variants for systems such as EAW base plates, Merkel mounts, Leupold Quick Release bases, and original Steyr mounts, along with a shorter MAKflex Short version. In practice, the series is aimed at hunters and shooters who need a clean, low-profile pivot solution with broad compatibility across rifles and optics.

About the MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount, Lever Lock, 34 mm

The MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount, Lever Lock, 34 mm is built for shooters using a 34 mm riflescope who want the handling advantages of a pivot mount in a rigid one-piece format. By combining both rings into one assembly, the mount simplifies alignment and creates a stable base for larger modern scopes, which is especially useful when the optic has a heavier erector system, larger turrets, or a more substantial objective housing.

The defining feature of this version is its lever lock mechanism. In practical use, that gives the mount a faster, more direct locking action than a slower screw-based approach, which is helpful when an optic is removed for transport, swapped between setups, or detached to access open sights on a hunting rifle. A pivot system also suits rifles where a low, elegant mounting solution is preferred without giving up the ability to remove the scope when needed.

The mount is made from aluminium, keeping weight under control while still providing the stiffness expected from a serious optic mount. Its listed KR 0.0 mm extension indicates a neutral layout intended to keep the scope position centered within the mount geometry rather than pushing it forward or rearward. Combined with MAK’s German manufacturing approach, this makes the mount well suited to hunting optics and sporting rifles where repeatable fit, clean handling, and dependable scope support matter more than unnecessary complexity.

About MAK

MAK is a German brand associated with Kilic Feintechnik GmbH in Schwebheim, Germany. The company develops and manufactures optical mounts, optics, and electronic products, serving civilian and government users including hunters, sports shooters, and professional customers. Its product range extends beyond mounts to include MAKdot red-dot sights, MAKstorm prism sights, MAKpro riflescopes, and electronic accessories such as the MAKcam.

A notable part of MAK’s identity is its focus on patented solutions and on offering both standardized products and customized solutions for professional use. In the mounting segment, the brand covers different needs through dedicated lines such as MAKuick for quick-release mounts and MAKmilmont for monoblock mounts for Picatinny rails. That background is relevant here because it shows MAK’s specialization in the mechanical interface between rifle and optic, where precise fit, repeatable positioning, and robust construction are essential.
