MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount for EAW Base Plates, 34 mm

• One-piece pivot construction: The single-bridge layout keeps both rings aligned as one unit, which helps maintain consistent scope positioning and simplifies installation on a hunting rifle.
• Built for EAW type pivot bases: This mount is made for EAW type pivot bases, giving shooters a practical way to pair a modern 34 mm riflescope with a traditional pivot-base system.
• 34 mm ring interface: The 34 mm ring size supports larger main tubes commonly used on premium hunting optics, allowing room for broad adjustment ranges and robust scope bodies.
• Aluminium body: The aluminium construction keeps weight under control while still providing the rigidity needed for secure optic support in regular field use.
• Made in Germany: German manufacture reflects MAK’s focus on precise fit and repeatable mechanical function, which matters when a pivot mount is removed and reattached over time.

About the MAKflex Series

MAKflex is MAK’s modular pivot bridge mount family for rifles and break-action firearms. The series is built around the idea that a traditional pivot mounting system can still be highly adaptable when paired with modern optic interfaces and ring sizes. Within the range, MAK offers different configurations for scope tubes and optic footprints, including versions for Picatinny, Zeiss, Swarovski, and Aimpoint Micro interfaces, as well as variants for several rifle-side mounting standards.

A defining characteristic of the series is its flexible architecture. Different ring diameters and pivot-foot options allow the mount to be matched to both the optic and the rifle, while lock options such as a rotating lock or lever lock let the user choose the handling style that best suits the firearm. MAK also offers a MAKflex Short version for applications where a more compact bridge is preferred. Across the range, the focus stays on secure scope support, repeatable positioning, and compatibility with classic hunting-rifle mounting formats.

About the MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount for EAW Base Plates, 34 mm

The MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount for EAW Base Plates, 34 mm is designed for shooters who want to combine a classic pivot-base rifle setup with a modern riflescope using a 34 mm main tube. That makes it especially relevant for hunting optics that use larger tube diameters to provide broader internal adjustment travel and more robust mechanical construction. By using a one-piece bridge rather than separate rings, the mount keeps the optic interface unified, which helps with alignment and gives the scope a stable platform on the rifle.

This version is configured specifically for EAW type pivot bases, making it a practical choice for rifles already set up around that mounting standard. In the field, that matters because it preserves the familiar handling and profile of a pivot-mounted hunting rifle while allowing an upgrade to a larger-tube scope. The listed KR 0.0 mm extension indicates a neutral layout, suited to setups where the optic can sit in its natural position without additional forward or rearward offset.

The mount body is made from aluminium, balancing strength with lower carry weight. For a rifle that may be carried for long periods, that weight saving is useful without giving up the rigidity expected from a scope mount. As a German-made MAK product, it fits the brand’s emphasis on precise machining and dependable mechanical engagement, both of which are important in a pivot mount intended for regular use on hunting rifles.
