Lunt LS60MT/B1200C Multipurpose Telescope

1. Refractor Construction: The LS60MT/B1200C is a versatile refractor telescope, utilizing lenses to bend light, ensuring high contrast and sharp images. This design is preferred for its sealed tube assembly, which minimizes dust intrusion and reduces the need for frequent maintenance, making it highly reliable for both solar and nocturnal observations.

2. Dual-Purpose Capability: This unique instrument offers unparalleled versatility, functioning as a dedicated 60mm H-alpha solar telescope for spectacular views of the Sun's prominences and surface details, and easily converting into a 70mm ED (Extra-low Dispersion) refractor for viewing and photographing the night sky with excellent color correction and clarity.

3. Optimized Solar Viewing: Engineered specifically for safe and detailed solar observation, the telescope features a 60mm undiluted aperture with no central obstruction, coupled with a precise Pressure-Tuner for fine-tuning the H-alpha bandpass. This setup reveals the Sun's dynamic features with exceptional prominence and surface detail, without sacrificing image quality.

4. Precision Focus and Portability: Equipped with a smooth 2-inch Crayford focuser, the telescope allows for precise and backlash-free adjustments, crucial for sharp imaging and comfortable viewing. Its compact design and included robust transport case make it highly portable, enabling astronomers and solar enthusiasts to observe from any location.
