Hi team
I am thinking of mounting a Nocpix ACE H50R on a Hardy Project X in a MDT HNT26 chassis and carbon wrapped barrel (action like Remington 700 but with integrally machined 20 MOA Picatinny rail) with an INNOmount ZERO for Weaver / Picatinny 30mm rings with a BH 17mm primarily.
The scope will be used on other rifles as well. Ideally I would prefer an as low as possible mount height

Dear Sir!

That sounds like a great project.

Because your rifle has an integrated Picatinny rail, the 17 mm BH version should be sufficient. However, the objective of the Nocpix ACE H50R would sit slightly lower than the top of the Picatinny rail.

For this reason, we would recommend at least 20 mm BH, which should position the objective approximately at the same height as the rail.

If you would like to mount the scope slightly further back towards your eye, we would recommend the 23 mm BH version. This provides additional clearance above the Picatinny rail and gives you more flexibility when positioning the scope.

I’m looking at mounting an Nocpix acer60 on my Sako S90 Finnlight with intergrated split picatinny rail and wanted to ask if the INNOmount ZERO Mount for Weaver / Picatinny, 30 mm with a BH 17mm and KR 25mm would be suitable? Scope will also used on other rifles.

Dear Sir!

The INNOmount ZERO Mount fits perfectly on your Sako S90 Finnlight with an integrated split Picatinny rail.

However, the 17 mm BH version will most likely be too low because of the big outer diameter of the ACE 60R. We would recommend using the highest possible mount height, such as the 23 mm version.

At the moment, we do not have the Nocpix ACE 60R in stock to measure the exact outer objective diameter. If you can provide us with this measurement, we can calculate the most suitable mount height for your setup.

Also will the 17mm height be suitable?

Yes, the INNOmount ZERO Mount for Weaver / Picatinny, 30 mm in 17 mm height, is suitable for your setup on the Sako S20 Hunter.

It will work with a KR 25 mm; however, for this scope, normally no KR is needed.
