DN 2.0 Series binoculars combine a 3840×2160 low-light CMOS detector with Day, Night, and Low-Light image modes, allowing the device to adapt to available ambient light rather than relying solely on thermal contrast. The series integrates a built-in laser rangefinder, GPS, and digital compass, providing positioning and distance data alongside the optical image.

Models in the series share a sleek, ergonomic housing with a one-handed focus wheel and touch-identifiable buttons for silent operation, an adjustable interpupillary distance and eyemask for comfortable extended viewing, 4K photo and video recording with audio, and dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity for use with the TargetIR app.

The Guide DN70L 2.0 is a digital night vision binocular built around a 3840×2160 CMOS sensor with a 2 μm pixel pitch, paired with a 70 mm, F1.8 objective lens. This combination provides a 5.9° × 3.5° field of view and a detection range of 1300 m / 1400 yd, with manual focus and a magnification range of 5.4–43.2x covering close observation through long-distance viewing.

A built-in laser rangefinder, accurate to 1200 m / 1300 yd, provides direct distance measurement through the eyepiece, while an integrated digital compass and gyroscope support orientation awareness in the field. The Auto Screen-Off function uses proximity sensing to automatically turn the display on and off, useful for concealed nighttime observation and reducing unnecessary power draw.

Images are presented on a 0.49" AMOLED display with 1920×1080 resolution, with Day, Night, and Low-Light image modes selectable depending on ambient conditions. The eyepiece supports diopter adjustment from -6 to +6 and interpupillary distance adjustment from 58–72 mm, with an eyemask to reduce eye strain during prolonged use. A streamlined button layout with a precision focus wheel is designed for silent, one-handed operation in the dark.

Photo and video recording with synchronized audio is supported at up to 3840×2160 resolution, backed by 128 GB of internal storage, with files manageable through the TargetIR app over dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz/5 GHz). Power comes from a customized built-in battery supporting 18W fast charging (80% in about one hour), together with a replaceable 18650 external battery that supports hot-swapping during use, for a combined operating time of up to 5 hours.
