Frankford Arsenal Perfect Fit Reloading Tray #1

• Caliber-specific fit: The Perfect Fit Reloading Tray #1 is sized for a close fit with 25 ACP cases, helping keep brass upright and stable during charging, inspection, and case handling.
• 50-case capacity: Holding 50 cases at a time makes batch processing easier and keeps each loading step organized from priming through powder charging.
• Compact plastic construction: The plastic body keeps the tray light, easy to move around the bench, and resistant to the routine knocks of regular reloading work.
• Numbered tray system: As part of the Perfect Fit tray lineup, this model is easy to identify and match to the intended cartridge family, which simplifies bench setup when loading multiple calibers.
• Bench-friendly design: The tray format helps separate and stage brass neatly, reducing clutter and making visual checks faster during repetitive loading tasks.

About the Perfect Fit Series

The Frankford Arsenal Perfect Fit series is built for reloaders who want a tray matched more closely to specific cartridge sizes than a one-size-fits-all loading block. Instead of relying on oversized holes that can let cases wobble, the series uses caliber-specific or caliber-family sizing to support brass more securely on the bench. That matters during powder charging, case inspection, and other repetitive steps where stability helps maintain a cleaner, more orderly workflow.

Within the Frankford Arsenal lineup, the Perfect Fit trays sit alongside universal trays and storage accessories as a simple but practical bench tool for routine ammunition reloading. The design philosophy is straightforward: keep brass organized, upright, and easy to access without adding unnecessary bulk. Across the series, multiple tray numbers cover a broad spread of handgun and rifle cartridges, and each tray is intended to make batch processing more efficient. For reloaders who prefer dedicated tools for each caliber, the series offers a more tailored approach than a general-purpose tray while keeping the handling familiar and uncomplicated.

About the Frankford Arsenal Perfect Fit Reloading Tray #1

The Frankford Arsenal Perfect Fit Reloading Tray #1 is a dedicated loading block for 25 ACP, intended for reloaders who want better case support than a universal tray can usually provide. Because the tray is matched to this cartridge size, cases sit more securely during bench work, which helps reduce tipping when moving brass through priming, charging, or inspection stages. That close fit is especially useful with smaller pistol cases, where a stable tray makes repetitive handling feel more controlled.

With a 50-case capacity, this tray suits the common rhythm of loading in organized batches. It gives enough room to process a meaningful quantity of brass at once while still keeping every case visible for quick visual checks. On a busy reloading bench, that layout helps separate prepared cases from unfinished ones and supports a cleaner sequence from one step to the next.

The tray uses a plastic construction, which keeps weight low and makes it easy to reposition around the bench as the workflow changes. Its blue finish also makes it easy to spot among other tools and components. As part of the numbered Perfect Fit system, Tray #1 is a simple, purpose-built accessory for reloaders who prefer a dedicated loading block for a specific caliber rather than a broader universal format.
