FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS

  • Fixed 10x Prismatic Optical System: The 10x magnification provides detailed target observation in a compact optical design, making the riflescope suitable for precision-oriented shooting with zero-recoil rifles.
  • Exceptionally Wide Field of View: The short-eye-relief optical system delivers a field of view of 11.4 metres at 100 metres, providing an immersive viewing experience with improved awareness of the surrounding environment.
  • Extra-Low Dispersion Glass: The ED glass optical system reduces chromatic aberration and improves image sharpness, helping shooters distinguish fine target details and maintain good contrast.
  • Illuminated APR-1C Reticles: Available with APR-1C MRAD or APR-1C MOA reticles, featuring push-button illumination and precise angular references for aiming corrections and holdovers.
  • Adjustable Mounting and Side Parallax: The tilt-adjustable Unimount includes three mounting base lengths, while the side parallax adjustment from 6 metres to infinity provides flexibility for shooting at different distances.

ABOUT THE ELEMENT OPTICS IMMERSIVE SERIES

The Element Optics Immersive series consists of compact prismatic riflescopes developed for shooters who require a wide field of view, detailed optical performance, and practical mechanical features in a short housing. The series uses a prism-based optical system that differs from the conventional construction of traditional riflescopes.

A distinguishing characteristic of the Immersive family is its wide-field optical design. The viewing experience creates the impression that the observed scene extends beyond the limitations normally associated with conventional riflescope images. This provides improved awareness of the surrounding environment and allows shooters to observe a relatively large area without sacrificing the advantages of optical magnification.

The series incorporates extra-low dispersion (ED) glass, which helps reduce chromatic aberration and maintain image sharpness. These optical components improve the visibility of fine details and reduce unwanted colour fringing around high-contrast objects.

Different models within the Immersive family offer fixed magnification configurations, allowing shooters to select an optic suited to their preferred shooting distances. Reticle options include angular measurement systems and ballistic aiming references, depending on the model.

The series also emphasizes practical operation through illuminated reticles, adjustable parallax systems, resettable turrets, and dedicated mounting solutions. Selected models use tilt-adjustable mounts that allow greater flexibility when installing the optic on compatible firearms.

With its combination of compact dimensions, specialized optical construction, and practical adjustment features, the Immersive series provides an alternative to conventional riflescopes for shooting applications that benefit from a wide field of view.

ABOUT THE ELEMENT OPTICS IMMERSIVE 10X40

The Element Optics Immersive 10x40 is an ultra-compact prismatic riflescope designed for precision-oriented shooting applications where fixed magnification, a wide field of view, and detailed optical performance are important. Its 10x magnification and 40 mm objective lens make it particularly suitable for target shooting with zero-recoiling rifles.

Unlike conventional riflescopes, the Immersive 10x40 incorporates a prism-based optical system that provides a distinctive viewing experience. Its optical design presents an unusually wide image, allowing shooters to observe a larger portion of the surrounding environment. This improves peripheral awareness and makes it easier to locate and maintain visual contact with targets.

One of the model's defining characteristics is its field of view of 11.4 metres at 100 metres. This is exceptionally wide for an optic with 10x magnification and is made possible by the specialized short-eye-relief optical configuration. The wide viewing area allows the shooter to observe targets and surrounding details without the restricted visual impression associated with many conventional high-magnification riflescopes.

The fixed 10x magnification provides a consistent level of image enlargement without requiring adjustments to a magnification ring. This makes the riflescope especially practical for shooting disciplines where targets are positioned at relatively predictable distances and where a stable optical configuration is preferred.

The optical system incorporates extra-low dispersion (ED) glass, which reduces chromatic aberration and improves image clarity. By minimizing unwanted colour fringing around high-contrast objects, ED glass helps preserve fine details and provides a clearer image when observing small targets. The 40 mm objective lens supports the optical system while maintaining the compact dimensions of the riflescope.

A particularly important consideration is the 18 mm eye relief. This short eye relief is a fundamental part of the Immersive optical design and contributes to its exceptionally wide field of view. However, it also limits firearm compatibility. The manufacturer explicitly specifies that the Immersive 10x40 is intended for zero-recoiling rifles only. It should not be installed on firearms that generate significant recoil, as the short distance between the eyepiece and the shooter's eye creates a risk of injury.

The riflescope is available with two reticle configurations: APR-1C MRAD and APR-1C MOA. Both reticles incorporate angular measurement markings that allow shooters to make precise aiming corrections and use holdover references. The MRAD configuration uses metric angular measurements, while the MOA version provides corresponding references in minutes of angle.

Reticle illumination is controlled through a push-button system, allowing the illuminated aiming reference to be adjusted according to ambient lighting conditions. The combination of a clearly defined reticle and electronic illumination improves aiming point visibility when additional contrast is required.

The Immersive 10x40 features an exposed elevation turret and a capped windage turret. This configuration provides convenient access to elevation adjustments while protecting the windage setting against accidental movement. Both turrets are resettable, allowing their reference scales to be repositioned after zeroing.

The adjustment specifications depend on the selected reticle version. The APR-1C MRAD configuration provides 0.1 MRAD adjustments with 6 MRAD per turret revolution, while the APR-1C MOA configuration provides 1/4 MOA adjustments with 15 MOA per revolution. Both configurations offer substantial adjustment ranges for establishing the desired point of impact.

The total elevation and windage adjustment ranges are 28 MRAD or 83 MOA, depending on the version. These adjustment ranges allow the shooter to establish a suitable zero and make corrections for different target distances.

A practical feature is the side parallax adjustment, which operates from approximately 6 metres to infinity. This allows the shooter to optimize image focus and reduce parallax error at different distances. The short minimum focusing distance is particularly useful for precision-oriented target shooting where targets may be positioned relatively close to the firearm.

The Immersive 10x40 is supplied with a tilt-adjustable Unimount featuring three different mounting base lengths. This allows greater flexibility when positioning the riflescope on compatible mounting rails and helps accommodate different firearm configurations. The adjustable mounting system also allows the optic's inclination to be adapted to specific shooting requirements.

The riflescope features waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof construction, with a nitrogen-purged housing designed to reduce internal condensation during changes in environmental temperature. These protective features support reliable operation during regular outdoor use, within the manufacturer's specified firearm compatibility limitations.

Measuring only 135 mm in length and weighing 485 grams with the mount installed, the Immersive 10x40 is considerably shorter than many conventional riflescopes offering comparable magnification. Its compact dimensions make it particularly suitable for shooting platforms where overall size and mounting space are important considerations.

The riflescope is also supplied with a magnetic flip-up lens cap and rubber eyecup. The lens cap helps protect the objective lens during transportation and storage, while the rubber eyecup supports comfortable positioning when using the short-eye-relief optical system.

With its combination of 10x magnification, ED glass, an exceptionally wide field of view, precise APR-1C reticles, and an adjustable mounting system, the Element Optics Immersive 10x40 provides a specialized optical solution for precision shooting applications using zero-recoil rifles.
