Element Optics Helix 6-24x50, Gen 2

• 6-24x magnification range: Covers precise target work at distance while still giving enough flexibility for load development, rimfire use, and general long-range practice.
• 50 mm objective lens: Helps maintain a bright, usable sight picture as magnification increases, which is especially valuable when aiming at small targets or shooting in fading light.
• Side parallax adjustment from 10 m to infinity: Lets the shooter remove parallax error across a very wide distance range, making the scope practical for both short-range rimfire setups and longer centerfire work.
• Tactical turrets with generous adjustment range: The 18.90 mrad elevation and 11.60 mrad windage travel support dialing for distance and wind rather than relying only on holdover.
• 30 mm tube with waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction: Provides a solid platform for regular field use and repeated transport, while keeping the optic dependable in changing weather.

About the Element Optics Helix Series

The Element Optics Helix series sits at the core of the brand’s riflescope lineup and is built for shooters who want a practical optic for sporting, hunting, and competition use. Within the range, the Helix family spans original models, GEN 2 versions, HD variants, HDLR models, and compact configurations, giving the series a broad role from general-purpose rifle setups to more specialized long-range applications.

A defining trait of the Helix line is its focus on modern shooting disciplines where shooters regularly dial corrections and engage targets at varying distances. In the 6-24x50 format, the series is offered in both first focal plane and second focal plane versions, with reticle options such as APR-1C and APR-2D on FFP models. Element also positions the GEN 2 line as a continuation of the original Helix concept, retaining the emphasis on straightforward operation while adding features such as tool-free turrets and a zero-stop mechanism on the 6-24x50 platform.

About the Element Optics Helix 6-24x50, Gen 2

The Element Optics Helix 6-24x50, Gen 2 is a variable-power riflescope aimed at shooters who need enough magnification for precise shot placement at extended distances without moving into a heavier, bulkier optic class. Its 6-24x magnification range makes it well suited to target shooting, rimfire precision work, and general long-range use, while the 50 mm objective lens helps preserve image brightness as magnification rises.

This model uses a 30 mm main tube and combines it with tactical turrets, giving the shooter a layout that supports regular dialing for elevation and wind. With 18.90 mrad of elevation and 11.60 mrad of windage adjustment available, it offers enough travel for a wide range of practical setups. The side-focus parallax system adjusts from 10 m to infinity, which is especially useful on rifles that may be used at very short ranges one day and much farther distances the next. That broad adjustment range also makes the scope a sensible fit for rimfire rifles as well as centerfire target rifles.

Optically, the scope provides a field of view from 6.70 m/100m down to 1.70 m/100m, balancing target acquisition at lower power with the precision needed for small aiming points at higher power. Eye relief ranges from 94.00 mm to 102.00 mm, helping maintain a comfortable shooting position. A fast-focus eyepiece speeds up reticle sharpening, while the waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof build supports reliable use in changing field conditions. This version is non-illuminated, which suits shooters who prefer a simpler sight picture and fewer controls.
