Dörr Zoom LED Torch

• Adjustable zoom beam: The lamp head moves to change from a broader beam to a more focused spot, making the torch more useful for close work, general outdoor use, and checking objects farther away.
• Manual intensity control: The rotary dial switch lets you reduce or increase output as needed, helping extend the stated 100.00 h battery life when full power is not necessary.
• Aluminium housing: The metal body gives the torch a more durable feel for regular use in the car, workshop, or camping kit while keeping weight to a manageable 120.00 g.
• AAA battery power: Using common AAA batteries keeps the torch easy to run and simple to support when travelling or storing it as an emergency light.
• Compact handheld format: With a 35.00 mm lens diameter and short overall form, this handheld torch is easy to carry, store, and deploy quickly for routine lighting tasks.

About the Dorr Flashlights Series

Dorr Flashlights sit within the company’s Leuchten lighting range and cover practical handheld torches for everyday use as well as more specialized hunting-oriented models. The series is built around straightforward operation, portable dimensions, and beam control that suits different tasks rather than one fixed lighting pattern. In this family, DÖRR includes both general-purpose zoom LED torches and dedicated hunting zoom torches, giving the range a broader role than a simple household light.

A defining feature of the series is the zoom function, which changes the beam by moving the lamp head forwards or backwards. In practice, that gives the user a choice between wider-area illumination for nearby work and a tighter beam for directing light farther out. Within the wider flashlight family, some models are intended for home, workshop, vehicle, camping, and outdoor use, while others are configured for field use such as tracking game or observing wild boar. That mix makes the series relevant to users who want a simple torch with more flexibility than a fixed-beam design.

About the Dörr Zoom LED Torch

The Dörr Zoom LED Torch is a compact handheld flashlight built for routine lighting jobs where portability matters as much as output. Its LED emitter provides efficient light with low maintenance, while the adjustable zoom beam makes the torch more adaptable than a single-pattern light. For work around the house, in a vehicle, at camp, or in a workshop, that flexibility is useful because the same torch can light a wider nearby area or concentrate the beam on a more distant point.

The torch uses a rotary dial switch for manual intensity adjustment, which gives finer control over brightness than a simple on/off arrangement. That matters in practice because lower output can reduce glare during close tasks and help preserve runtime when maximum brightness is unnecessary. Combined with the stated 100.00 h battery life and common AAA power supply, the torch is well suited to emergency storage, glovebox use, and general utility roles where easy battery replacement is an advantage.

Its aluminium housing keeps weight to 120.00 g, so it remains easy to carry without feeling overly light or fragile. The beam is described for use out to 0-100 m, which places it in the category of practical short- to medium-range illumination rather than a large searchlight. Overall, this model focuses on simple handling, adjustable light output, and everyday reliability in a compact format.

About Dorr

Dörr GmbH was founded in 1973 and is based in Neu-Ulm, Bavaria, Germany. The company works internationally in importing and exporting and sells products both under its own DÖRR brand and from other brands. Its catalogue covers a broad mix of outdoor, imaging, and observation equipment, including binoculars, spotting scopes, telescopes, and lighting products.

Within optics and accessories, DÖRR is known for offering practical equipment across several categories rather than focusing on a single niche. The company also markets optical products under the Danubia name. That broad product background is relevant here because it shows the same emphasis on functional field and utility gear that appears in the brand’s handheld lighting range.
