DD Optics NXT V10 1.5-15x40

• 10x zoom range: The 1.5-15x magnification span lets this riflescope move from fast, close-range shooting to more deliberate shots at distance, so one optic can cover driven hunting, stalking and general-purpose field use.
• Compact 40 mm objective: The 40.00 mm front lens keeps the scope slimmer and easier to balance on a hunting rifle while still providing enough brightness for everyday daylight and mixed-light use.
• Side parallax adjustment: Adjustable parallax from 10m to Infinity helps keep the image and reticle on the same focal plane, which supports more precise shot placement across a wide range of distances.
• SFP illuminated reticle: The second focal plane reticle stays visually fine as magnification changes, while the red illumination helps the aiming point stand out quickly against dark game or shaded backgrounds.
• Capped MRAD turrets: Capped turrets with 10mm/100m - 0.10MIL clicks protect the settings from accidental movement in the field and still give precise, repeatable correction when zeroing.

About the DD Optics NXT Series

The DD Optics NXT series sits in the brand’s modern hunting riflescope range as a family built around high zoom flexibility, compact proportions and practical field handling. These scopes are aimed at hunters who want one optic to cover several roles instead of switching between specialized setups. Within the lineup, the NXT models are designed for applications such as driven hunting, stalking and hide hunting, with configurations that also suit rifles used with clip-on devices.

A defining characteristic of the series is its broad zoom ratio combined with a relatively short overall design, giving the shooter more mounting freedom and a rifle that remains easier to carry. Depending on the model, the NXT family uses hunting-oriented reticles in the second focal plane, paired with illuminated aiming points for faster target acquisition in changing light. The series also emphasizes practical mechanics, with parallax adjustment on models intended for wider distance use and turret layouts chosen for dependable field handling rather than competition-style exposure. Optically, the NXT line focuses on a wide field of view at low power, useful contrast and a clear sight picture across the zoom range, making it a versatile choice in hunting optics.

About the DD Optics NXT V10 1.5-15x40

The DD Optics NXT V10 1.5-15x40 is a versatile hunting riflescope built for shooters who need one optic to handle both fast shots at short range and more careful aiming farther out. At 1.50 x, it remains quick and intuitive for moving game and situations where a broad view matters. At 15.00 x, it gives enough image scale for more precise shot placement during stalking or when the distance opens up. That wide operating range is the main reason this model works so well as an all-round hunting scope.

The 40.00 mm objective helps keep the scope compact and trim, and the short overall format makes it easier to mount on lighter hunting rifles without making the setup feel front-heavy. Its fully multicoated optics support image contrast and help maintain a clean sight picture across the zoom range. The side-focus parallax system, adjustable from 10m to Infinity, is especially useful on a scope with this much top-end magnification because it allows the image to be tuned for different shooting distances.

The reticle sits in the second focal plane, so its apparent size stays constant as magnification changes. In practice, that keeps the aiming pattern fine and uncluttered at higher power while remaining easy to see at lower settings. Red illumination helps the central aiming point stand out in dim woodland, against dark animals or in uneven background light. The capped turrets with 10mm/100m - 0.10MIL clicks suit a hunting role well, protecting the zero from accidental adjustment while still allowing precise correction during setup. Waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction rounds out a scope intended for regular field use in changing weather.

About DD Optics

DD Optics says its optical-instrument company was founded in 2007 in Dresden, Germany. The firm serves users in hunting, nature observation, birdwatching and general outdoor use, which explains its broad catalog of field optics. It is a German family-owned optics company headquartered in Chemnitz, Germany, after moving its headquarters from Dresden in 2012.

The company develops and sells binoculars, spotting scopes, rifle scopes and night-vision devices, with a product range centered on practical outdoor optics rather than a single niche. For this riflescope category, an important point is that DD Optics says its binoculars and rifle scopes are mainly developed in Germany and mainly produced in Japan, reflecting a design approach that combines German product planning with established optical manufacturing expertise.
