Within the range, Marten models combined ceramic VOx thermal sensors with a straightforward riflescope-style body, giving users a thermal sight that handled more like a traditional optic. Named variants included the 420, 430, 450, 620, and 630, covering different sensor classes within the same family. Across the series, the focus was on usable thermal detection, simple operation, and a form factor that fit naturally on hunting rifles. Night Pearl positioned the Marten line as a dedicated thermal riflescope family, and later described it as part of the final production batches before production moved toward the HH series.

The Night Pearl Marten 620 is the higher-specification member of the Marten family for shooters who want more image detail from a compact thermal riflescope. Its 1.40 x native magnification keeps the view open and easy to manage at shorter and medium hunting distances, while the 25.00 mm objective and wide 17.46 ° field of view help when scanning woodland edges, fields, and broken terrain. A stated 1000.00 m detection range gives the scope enough reach for observation beyond normal shooting distance, so the user can identify heat sources early and plan an approach.

The thermal core is what defines this model. With a 640x480 sensor, 12.00 μm pixel pitch, and 30.00 mK sensitivity, the Marten 620 is built to show finer structure and smaller temperature differences than entry-level thermal optics. In practice, that means cleaner target separation in mist, cold backgrounds, and cluttered scenes where lower-detail sensors can flatten the image.
