Lockdown 15" Cable Lock

• 15" reinforced cable: The compact cable length is well suited to securing the action of many pistols and rifles, helping prevent unauthorized handling during storage or transport.
• 30 mm keyed padlock: A simple key-operated lock keeps the cable fixed in place and gives a straightforward mechanical solution that does not rely on batteries or electronics.
• Hi-visibility green finish: The bright color allows quick visual confirmation that the firearm is locked, which is useful for safety checks in the safe, cabinet, or vehicle.
• Fits common firearm types: Designed for pistols and rifles, this cable lock covers a wide range of everyday storage needs without requiring a model-specific fit.
• Compact security accessory: Its small size makes it easy to keep with a firearm case, range bag, or storage setup, so an additional locking measure is always close at hand.

About the Lockdown Series

The Lockdown product family centers on practical firearm storage, organization, and security accessories built for everyday use. Within the brand’s lineup, Lockdown products cover a broad range of needs, from vault and room organization to moisture control, lighting, and basic locking solutions. The common theme across the series is straightforward function: products are designed to make firearm storage safer, more orderly, and easier to manage without unnecessary complexity.

In that context, Lockdown security accessories such as cable locks serve users who want a simple physical safeguard for stored firearms, whether at home, in a cabinet, or in a transport case. The series emphasizes clear visual status, durable materials, and compatibility with common firearm types. Rather than focusing on advanced electronics, this part of the range is aimed at dependable, low-maintenance security hardware that can be used quickly and checked at a glance. That makes the Lockdown series a natural fit for owners who want practical storage accessories that integrate easily into a broader safe or vault setup.

About the Lockdown 15" Cable Lock

The Lockdown 15" Cable Lock is a compact firearm security accessory intended for basic safe-storage use with pistols and rifles. Its main role is to block normal operation and help reduce the risk of unauthorized handling, making it a useful addition to a gun safe, storage cabinet, soft case, or range bag. The 15" reinforced cable provides enough length for common locking applications while remaining easy to handle and store when not in use.

A key advantage of this model is its simple mechanical design. The included 30 mm keyed padlock keeps operation familiar and dependable, with no programming or charging required. That makes the lock easy to deploy when a quick, repeatable security step is needed before storing or transporting a firearm. The hi-visibility green finish adds a practical benefit as well: it allows fast visual confirmation that the firearm has been secured, which is especially useful when checking several stored items at once.

Because the lock is small and lightweight, it works well as an additional layer of security rather than a bulky standalone solution. For owners looking for a simple gun lock for routine storage, the Lockdown 15" Cable Lock combines visible status, broad compatibility, and uncomplicated operation in a format that is easy to keep close at hand.
