Kite Optics K6 1-6x24i HD

• 1-6x zoom range: True 1x gives a wide, natural view for fast target acquisition at short distance, while 6x adds the precision needed for longer shots without changing optics.
• 24 mm HD optical system: The compact objective keeps the scope trim and easy to mount, while the HD design and 93 light transmission help maintain contrast and detail in changing light.
• Illuminated SFP reticle with APC: The second focal plane reticle stays visually consistent through the zoom range, and the automatic illumination system helps keep the aiming point ready without unnecessary battery drain.
• Capped multi-turn turrets: The capped design protects settings from accidental movement in the field, making this configuration especially practical for driven hunts and general hunting use.
• Compact, field-ready construction: At 270.00 mm and 495.00 g, this riflescope balances well on lightweight hunting rifles, while waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction supports reliable use in rough weather.

About the Kite Optics K6 Series

The Kite Optics K6 series is a current family of hunting riflescopes built for shooters who want a broad magnification range, dependable mechanics and a compact hunting-focused layout. Positioned as one of the brand’s established riflescope lines, the series covers applications from fast, close-range shooting to more deliberate work at distance, with models spanning 1–6x to 2.5–15x. K6 scopes are made in Japan, reflecting a design approach that combines precise assembly with practical field durability.

A defining characteristic of the series is its use of illuminated 4A reticles in the second focal plane, a format that keeps the reticle appearance familiar and easy to read throughout the zoom range. Kite Optics also equips the K6 line with APC automatic illumination, which responds to the scope’s position, along with automatic shutoff after 3 hours and a low-battery warning. Across the series, Kite lists PERMAVISION, PERMARESIST and MHR Advance+ coatings, underlining the focus on image clarity, lens protection and practical low-light performance. The result is a riflescope family aimed at hunters and competitive shooters who value straightforward operation and a clear optical picture under real field conditions.

About the Kite Optics K6 1-6x24i HD

The Kite Optics K6 1-6x24i HD is the close- to medium-range model in the K6 line, built around a 1.00-6.00 x magnification range and a 24.00 mm objective. That combination makes it especially well suited to driven hunts, woodland stalking and general hunting situations where speed matters but occasional longer shots still demand more aiming precision. At 1x, the scope offers a very wide 38.00 m/100m field of view, which helps the shooter stay aware of movement around the target and track game more naturally. At 6x, the image tightens enough for more careful shot placement when distance opens up.

The optical system combines HD performance, fully multicoated lenses and 93 light transmission to support a bright, contrast-rich image in the first and last minutes of legal light. A constant 100.00 mm eye relief gives generous head position tolerance and helps maintain comfort on rifles with stronger recoil. The second focal plane illuminated reticle keeps the reticle size visually unchanged as magnification changes, which many hunters prefer for fast, uncluttered aiming at low power. Red illumination improves reticle visibility against dark backgrounds, while Auto Turn-Off and APC-style position-based control support battery efficiency in practical use.

Mechanically, this model is configured for dependable field handling rather than frequent exposed dialing. Its capped turrets protect the settings from knocks and accidental movement during transport or while moving through dense cover, and the 10mm/100m - 0.10MIL click value allows precise zeroing. Fixed parallax at 100 m keeps the scope simple and fast to use, with no extra control to manage under pressure. The 30 mm tube, nitrogen filling, and waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction complete a compact riflescope that is easy to carry, quick to shoulder and well matched to practical hunting optics use.

About Kite Optics

KITE OPTICS is a Belgian family-owned company founded in 1992 and headquartered in Jabbeke, Belgium. The company developed its reputation through high-precision optics for nature observation, and its range today includes binoculars, spotting scopes, riflescopes and red-dot sights. Alongside traditional optical products, KITE OPTICS also offers stabilized optics, showing a strong focus on practical field performance rather than a narrow single-category approach.

Within hunting optics, the brand’s riflescope families include K6, K4, B6 and B6 LR. The K6 line is particularly relevant here because these riflescopes are crafted in Japan and use the brand’s APC automatic illumination system, which responds to the scope’s position and switches off after 3 hours. That combination of European product planning and Japanese riflescope manufacturing has helped define KITE OPTICS as a specialist brand for users who want compact, field-oriented optics with thoughtful illumination control and dependable mechanical design.
