Blaser B2 2.5-15x56 iC Product description

  • 6x zoom range: The 2.5-15x magnification span gives this riflescope the flexibility to move from short-to-medium range woodland use to more deliberate shots from a raised hide, without changing optics.
  • 56 mm objective lens: A large front lens helps maintain a bright sight picture in poor light, which is especially useful at dawn, dusk, and during night hunting with legal clip-on setups.
  • SFP illuminated reticle with iC function: The second focal plane reticle stays visually fine at higher magnification for precise aiming, while illumination supports fast reticle pickup in dim conditions and integrates with compatible Blaser rifles.
  • Side parallax adjustment from 50 m to ∞: Fine parallax control helps keep the target and reticle on the same focal plane, improving aiming precision as distances increase.
  • Locked capped turrets with zero stop: The capped design protects settings in the field, while turret locking and zero stop make it easier to return to a known zero after adjustments.

About the Blaser B2 Series

The Blaser B2 series sits alongside the B1 line in Blaser’s riflescope range and is built as a family of compact, sturdy hunting riflescopes with a universal 6× zoom. The series is intended for hunters who need one optic to cover varied conditions, from daylight stalking to twilight use and night hunting. A key part of the B2 concept is its suitability for clip-on devices, making the series a practical match for modern hunting setups where legal after-dark use is part of the application.

Across the range, Blaser specifies an illuminated 4a reticle in the second focal plane, chosen for a familiar hunting sight picture and a fine aiming point that does not grow with magnification. The illumination is designed for both daylight and nighttime use, and selected models in the series use the iC illumination function, which can activate automatically with compatible Blaser R8 or K95 rifles fitted with an iC cocking slide. In practice, the B2 family focuses on dependable field handling, broad versatility, and optical layouts that suit everything from fast opportunities to more deliberate low-light shooting.

About the Blaser B2 2.5-15x56 iC

The Blaser B2 2.5-15x56 iC is the low-light oriented model in the B2 hunting riflescope range, combining a 2.5-15x magnification range with a 56.00 mm objective lens for use from a raised hide, at last light, and in other situations where target detail matters as much as image brightness. At the low end, 2.5x remains manageable for closer shots, while 15x gives enough image scale for careful shot placement at longer distances. The field of view of 16.00 to 2.60 m/100m reflects that balance between overview and precision.

The optical system is designed around practical hunting use rather than bench-style adjustment. A 90.00 mm eye relief supports stable head position and recoil safety, while the side parallax adjustment from 50 m - ∞ helps keep the image and reticle aligned as distance changes. The second focal plane illuminated reticle preserves a fine aiming appearance at higher magnification, which is useful when holding precisely on small target areas in dim light. Blaser’s iC function adds a convenience advantage for hunters using compatible Blaser rifles by linking reticle illumination to the rifle system.

Mechanically, this model is built for field reliability. The 30 mm tube provides a common mounting standard, while the nitrogen-filled, waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction is suited to changing weather and temperature shifts. Capped locking turrets with zero stop keep the riflescope streamlined and protected during transport, yet still allow deliberate correction when needed. At 327.00 mm and 825.00 g, it remains substantial enough for a stable low-light optic without becoming overly bulky for a hunting rifle.

About Blaser

Blaser was founded by Horst Blaser in Isny, Germany, in 1957. The company built its reputation in hunting firearms, producing rifles, combination guns, shotguns, and related hunting equipment. Within that broader hunting focus, Blaser also developed a sport-optics range that includes riflescopes and binoculars, giving the brand a coherent approach to rifle, mount, and optic integration.

A notable part of Blaser’s design philosophy is the Original Blaser Saddle Mount, created for quick, tool-free removal and replacement of a riflescope while maintaining a practical hunting setup. In 2000, Michael Lüke and Thomas Ortmeier acquired Blaser together with the MAUSER and J.P. SAUER & SOHN brands. Today, Blaser Group is headquartered in Isny im Allgäu, Germany, and Blaser remains focused on hunting and outdoor equipment with strong relevance for premium hunting optics.
