Dörr LED Multi Function Work Light QL-3 Quick Lock

• Quick-Lock multi-head system: The QL-3 changes between three different light heads in seconds, so one lamp can cover focused inspection work, broad-area illumination and awkward hard-to-reach spaces without carrying separate tools.
• Hands-free magnetic mounting: A built-in magnet lets the light attach to metal surfaces, which is especially useful for workshop, vehicle and maintenance tasks where both hands need to stay free.
• Adjustable LED output: Two brightness levels, 30% and 100%, make it easier to balance runtime and light output, giving full power when needed and a lower setting for longer jobs.
• Rechargeable Li-ion power: The included 18650 Li-ion battery supports up to 4.5 h of operation and recharges via the supplied USB cable and AC adapter, reducing dependence on disposable batteries.
• Aluminium housing with weather-resistant design: The robust body is built for everyday work use, helping the light cope better with knocks, handling and changing conditions around the workshop, vehicle or campsite.

About the Dorr Flashlights Series

DÖRR Flashlights sit within the company’s broader Leuchten lighting range and cover both general-purpose and more task-specific portable lights. Across the series, DÖRR focuses on practical everyday use rather than single-purpose designs, with models intended for home use, workshop tasks, vehicles, camping and outdoor work. The range also includes hunting-oriented torches, showing that the series spans from simple utility lighting to more specialized field applications.

A recurring theme in the family is functional versatility. Some models use zoomable beams to shift between a wider flood and a more concentrated spot, while others are configured for broader utility roles. This makes the series suitable for users who need adaptable lighting instead of a fixed beam pattern. In mechanical terms, the lineup emphasizes portable handheld formats, straightforward controls and rechargeable power solutions where appropriate. The result is a flashlight series built around practical handling, useful beam control and compact designs that fit real work and outdoor routines rather than purely tactical styling.

About the Dörr LED Multi Function Work Light QL-3 Quick Lock

The DÖRR LED Multi Function Work Light QL-3 Quick Lock is designed as a 3-in-1 handheld work light for users who need one tool to cover several lighting jobs. Its defining feature is the Quick-Lock system, which allows the supplied heads to be swapped quickly depending on the task. The standard zoom head is the choice for more directed illumination, with a beam that can be adjusted from a broader cone to a tighter spot and a reach of up to 150 m. For close work, the articulated area light produces a wide beam with up to 350 lumens, making it more suitable for benches, engine bays or service work where even coverage matters more than distance.

The flexible mini zoom head extends the lamp’s usefulness further by helping light reach confined or awkward spaces. Its gooseneck design is practical for inspection tasks where a rigid torch cannot point exactly where needed. A built-in magnet adds another layer of utility by letting the light body attach to metallic surfaces, turning the QL-3 into a hands-free work light when both hands are occupied.

Power comes from an included 18650 Li-ion battery, with runtime of up to 4.5 h and simple recharging via the supplied USB cable and AC adapter. The aluminium housing supports everyday durability, while the click-switch operation and two output levels keep the light easy to use in fast-moving work situations.

About Dorr

Dörr GmbH was founded in 1973 and is based in Neu-Ulm, Bavaria, Germany. The company works as an international importer and exporter and sells products under its own DÖRR brand while also distributing products from other brands. In the optics field, its range includes binoculars, spotting scopes and telescopes, and it also markets optical products under the Danubia name.

This broad product background helps explain DÖRR’s approach to accessories and lighting equipment: the company focuses on practical products for outdoor, observation and general field use. In categories such as flashlights and work lights, that typically means straightforward designs, portable formats and features chosen for real use rather than display. The result is a brand known for combining accessible utility with a wide catalogue that spans optics, lighting and related outdoor equipment.
