BKL 1" Long Double Strap Offset Dovetail Rings, 30 mm

• Offset ring layout: The forward-offset design helps position a 30 mm riflescope for proper eye relief on compact airguns and rimfire rifles where rail space is limited.
• Double-strap ring construction: A 1" long double-strap profile gives the scope tube more contact area, which helps keep the optic stable under repeated use and reduces the chance of movement.
• Auto-Centering clamp system: BKL’s self-centering clamping design moves both sides evenly as the mount is tightened, helping the rings sit squarely on 3/8" and 11 mm dovetail rails.
• Aircraft-grade aluminum build: The aluminum construction keeps weight down while maintaining the rigidity needed for a secure scope installation on field and target rifles.
• Made for airgun and rimfire dovetails: This ring set is built specifically for the 11 mm and 3/8" rails commonly found on airguns and rimfire rifles, so it suits platforms that do not use Weaver or Picatinny bases.

About the BKL 30 mm Mounts Series

BKL 30 mm Mounts are built around the needs of shooters using 30 mm scope tubes on 3/8-inch and 11 mm dovetail rails, especially on airguns and rimfire rifles. Within BKL’s lineup, this series covers a broad range of mounting styles, including independent rings, offset rings, unitized mounts, and adjustable configurations. That variety makes the series relevant to everything from compact hunting optics to target-shooting setups that need more careful eye-relief positioning or rail fit.

A defining feature of the series is BKL’s Auto-Centering system, which is designed to move the clamping legs equally as the mount is tightened. In practice, that helps the mount stay centered on the rail and simplifies installation on common dovetail-equipped rifles. The series also uses aircraft-grade aluminum alloy and includes spreader holes that help with fitting wider rails. Together, these design choices give the BKL 30 mm range a practical focus: light weight, secure clamping, and compatibility with the rail systems most often found on airguns and rimfire platforms.

About the BKL 1" Long Double Strap Offset Dovetail Rings, 30 mm

The BKL 1" Long Double Strap Offset Dovetail Rings, 30 mm are intended for shooters who need more flexibility in scope placement than a standard ring set can provide. The key feature is the offset ring arrangement, which shifts the optic position to help achieve proper eye relief on rifles where receiver length or dovetail placement would otherwise force the scope too far back or too far forward. That makes this mount especially useful on compact air rifles, rimfire trainers, and other dovetail-equipped platforms with limited mounting space.

The ring set uses a 1" long double-strap design, giving each ring a broader gripping surface around the scope tube. In practical use, that extra contact area helps support 30 mm optics more securely and can be beneficial when mounting larger scopes that need a stable hold. The mount is made from aluminium, which keeps overall weight manageable while still providing the stiffness expected from a fixed ring set.

Because this model is part of BKL’s dovetail-mounting system, it is suited to 11 mm and 3/8" rail applications commonly found on airguns and rimfire rifles. The fixed 0 MOA configuration keeps the optic aligned without built-in cant, which is appropriate for general shooting setups where elevation bias is not required. For shooters who need a straightforward, durable way to mount a 30 mm scope while gaining extra positioning freedom, this offset BKL ring set fills a very specific role.

About BKL Technologies

BKL Technologies originated in Brownsville, Texas, in 1998 and focuses on mounting systems for airguns and rimfire rifles. The company produces scope mounts, rings, adapters, risers, and scope levels, with its products manufactured in Texas from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy. In December 2008, Auto-Numatic Corp. acquired BKL Technologies and moved operations to Fort Worth, Texas.

BKL is particularly known for its patented auto-centering clamping system, developed to self-align as the mount is tightened. That design is closely tied to the company’s specialty in mounts for 11 mm and 3/8-inch dovetail rails, the rail formats widely used on airguns and many rimfire rifles. The result is a product range built around precise rail fit, straightforward installation, and the specific mounting needs of these platforms.
