US Optics TS 3-12x44 SFP

• 3-12x magnification range: Covers the gap between fast, close-range shooting and more deliberate work at distance, making the scope useful for stalking, general hunting, and practical field rifles.
• Second focal plane Triplex reticle: Keeps the reticle visually consistent through the zoom range, so the sight picture stays uncluttered at higher magnification and remains easy to pick up in changing terrain.
• Lockable tactical turrets: Help prevent accidental movement while the rifle is carried, while still allowing deliberate elevation and windage correction when conditions or distance demand it.
• Side focus parallax adjustment: Adjusts from 10 yds to infinity, helping maintain a sharper target image and more precise aiming across a wide range of shooting distances.
• Compact 30 mm design: With a 243.00 mm length and 513.00 g weight, the scope keeps a rifle trim and well balanced without giving up the versatility of a variable-power optic.

About the US Optics TS Series

The US Optics TS series was introduced under the USO label as a more accessible alternative to the company’s boutique, high-end optics. It sits below the flagship lines in price, but it still follows the same practical idea: give shooters a durable, straightforward riflescope with the controls and layout needed for real field use rather than bench-only shooting. US Optics states that TS-Series scopes are manufactured overseas and then brought into its facility for quality assurance, which helps the line balance cost with consistent inspection standards.

Within the series, the better-known TS-6X and TS-8X models focus on low-power variable use, with 30 mm tubes, illuminated reticle options, and user-zeroable adjustment knobs. The series is aimed at shooters who want familiar US Optics styling and handling in a more attainable format for hunting, general-purpose carbines, and practical rifles. Depending on the model, the TS family offers both first- and second-focal-plane reticle choices, giving users a choice between holdover consistency through the zoom range or a reticle that keeps the same apparent size. That flexibility makes the TS line relevant to both fast field shooting and more measured target engagement.

About the US Optics TS 3-12x44 SFP

The US Optics TS 3-12x44 SFP is built for shooters who want one riflescope to cover a broad spread of practical distances. Its 3-12x magnification range gives enough low-end power for quick target acquisition in woodland or broken terrain, while the upper end provides the image scale needed for more careful shot placement at longer ranges. Paired with a 44.00 mm objective lens and fully multicoated lenses, the scope is configured to deliver a bright, usable image without adding unnecessary bulk to a hunting or general-purpose rifle.

This model uses a Triplex reticle in the second focal plane, a layout many shooters prefer when they want a bold, easy-to-read aiming point that does not visually thicken as magnification increases. Because the reticle is non-illuminated, the sight picture stays simple and uncluttered, which suits daylight hunting and field shooting where speed and clarity matter more than electronic features. The side-focus parallax adjustment from 10 yds to infinity adds flexibility across rimfire-style close work, airgun distances, and centerfire shooting farther out.

Mechanically, the scope is set up with lockable tactical turrets and 0.10 MIL clicks, giving the user a practical dialing system while reducing the chance of accidental adjustment during transport or movement. With 30.00 mrad elevation and 25.00 mrad windage adjustment, it offers enough correction range for a wide variety of rifle setups. The 30 mm tube, nitrogen-filled construction, and waterproof, fogproof, shockproof build round out a scope designed to stay compact, manageable, and dependable in changing field conditions.

About US Optics

U.S. Optics was founded in 1991 in Buena Park, California, and it built its name around riflescopes and related shooting optics for demanding use. The company serves the competitive, hunting, and defense-shooting communities, with a reputation tied to practical mechanical design and optics intended for hard field use. One of its notable product families is the SN-3, and the company also helped pioneer the category now widely known as the low-power variable optic, or LPVO.

Its more recent history includes a move to Kalispell, Montana, in 2017 after acquisition by DRSG, followed by joining ZRO Delta in 2019 and relocating to North Carolina. Today, the company’s engineering team is based in Connelly Springs, North Carolina. Alongside premium lines, U.S. Optics has also offered more accessible commercial off-the-shelf scope families, reflecting a product range that spans specialist precision optics and more broadly positioned hunting and tactical riflescopes.
