ABOUT THE RECKNAGEL WEAVER REAR BASE FOR BROWNING BBR

The Recknagel Weaver Rear Base for Browning BBR offers a practical and economical solution for mounting optics on your rifle. Crafted from high-quality aluminium, this base is designed to be lightweight and robust, catering to both seasoned hunters and sport shooters who seek reliable performance without excessive weight. It serves as a foundational component for securing Weaver-compatible scope rings, enabling the attachment of various riflescopes. While two-piece Weaver bases like this provide a cost-effective method for scope attachment, it’s crucial to understand their inherent installation complexity. Unlike one-piece Picatinny rails which are often user-friendly for DIY mounting, achieving precise alignment in height, longitudinal, and horizontal axes with two-piece bases is paramount to avoid stressing the scope tube, which can lead to flex or misalignment and ultimately, poor accuracy. For optimal results and to safeguard your optic investment, professional gunsmith installation is highly recommended.
