ABOUT THE Recknagel Weaver Front Base for H&K SLB 2000

The Recknagel Weaver Front Base for the H&K SLB 2000 stands out as a highly specialized mounting solution, meticulously engineered to complement this specific rifle model. Crafted from robust, yet lightweight Aluminium, these two-piece bases provide a strong and reliable platform for attaching Weaver-compatible scope rings. While offering a cost-effective and lightweight method to mount an optic, the two-piece design inherently demands precise installation. Unlike a one-piece Picatinny rail, achieving perfect alignment in terms of height, longitudinal, and horizontal axes with a two-piece Weaver base is crucial to prevent stress on the scope tube, which can lead to flex, misalignment, and compromised accuracy. This makes it an ideal choice for budget-conscious hunters and recreational shooters seeking a dedicated mounting solution for their H&K SLB 2000, provided installation is handled by a professional gunsmith for optimal performance and protection of their valuable optics.
